I have been having my vehicles serviced by Anchor Road for several years after a recommendation from a neighbor
My GS model Lexus was having AC problems which the Kexys dealer was unable to diagnose and correct .
Anchor Road / Bill tested entire system for leaks and found the problem was only low freon or equivalent.
Anchor Road for years now has serviced my vehicles keeping them into top performance condition.

I’m with Brian below…don’t know much about their work, but customer service is terrible and not friendly or helpful at all. Sad in their part because I was going to have them look at my vehicle, but from jump was turned off by their attitude.
Long story short, I asked them if they had a razor blade or razor blade scraper. With an attitude I was told no. Yet mechanic standing in front of me holding one. Just wanted to scrape off a sticker on inside of window before discussing my car’s issues.
Friendliness goes a long way…obviously not here.

Bill was amazing and honest! He fit me in on short notice on a very busy day to do an analysis on my check engine lights because I was leaving on a trip the next day. I will be taking my car to him anytime I need service!

I took my Volvo to two area dealerships and neither of them could figure out what was wrong with my convertible top. Anchor Road Auto figured it out right away and had the project done the same business day. Will look forward to going back.

We received rave reviews from several neighbors when we complained of a sluggish AC in our 2019 GMC Acadia Denali. Bill took our car the next day and diagnosed a somewhat complicated repair. It was repaired in a few hours at a fair cost and now, a week later, continues to work flawlessly. Bill is a friendly guy and it tuns out, used to live in Simsbury, Ct. where we both raised our families before moving to Naples.
