A short phone conversation with Gerry was all I needed; Gerry is not a salesperson but a person who has been servicing vacuums for over 30 years. His was not the closest to my home but well worth the comfort of knowing the person on the other side of the desk knows what they are talking about. So 2 days later I had my new Dyson, delivered and assembled to my front door with inperson instructions!”
“Victoria was lovely and did a great job teaching the class (we did the beef Wellington feast). It was absolutely ridiculous that we had to stand to eat the feast. For that reason, we will seek out a different cooking class establishment.”

“I'm having two bathrooms remodeled and my contractor advised that we go to Ferguson because they have such a large selection of products and really good consultants to help with deciding what to get. Michelle LaCroix is one of the consultants and she came highly recommended. Michelle was fabulous! Michelle is very knowledgeable, thorough and she asks questions that help a person make decisions rather than trying to sell a person. Michelle is very personable and easy to talk to. Ferguson is lucky to have someone like Michelle working there.”

“I purchased a Janome machine here 4 years ago and love it. Today my machine malfunctioned (My fault as I used the wrong bobbin), so I brought it in for help. John patiently worked for almost an hour and a half trying not to damage the shirt that was jammed in the machine. He succeeded and wouldn't even accept the cash tip I offered! He even carried my machine to my car. Fabulous service!”
“My wife and son went there today to purchase a surprise Fathers Day Weber Slate 30" Rust-Resistant Griddle. They figured it would fit in our SUV, it did not so they had to go to plan B. This plan B was totally "ADHOC" which my family seems to be good at. To make a long story very short to get the Weber Slate home today they had to pay for in store assembly , rent a van from Home Depot have the Slate loaded into the van drive home and then return the van back to Home Depot and drive back in our SUV back home. But I always give credit and kudos where its do. The Customer Experience Manager Junior Gonzalez deserves 6 stars if I could possibly give it to him . Junior my family and I thank you for going above and beyond what is expected in order to make our family's Father's Day 2024 memorable. Here's to you JR. G. Happy Fathers Day .”
