Sloppy delivery, They didn’t called me to make sure I was home. There was no name who the flowers were from. I contained Arts and Flowers to ask who sent the flowers to me, I never heard back from Arts and Flowers. .

Recently received a lovely cheerful bouquet of fresh flowers ordered by my granddaughter in Orland Park, Illinois. The bouquet was wonderful, hit the spot, put a smile on my face and brought tears to my eyes. The delivery person was polite!

Rec’d two deliveries from this place this past week..both left outside on a bench near front door in 80 some degree weather. Returned the first one and reluctantly given a replacement. The following day I left a note, in clear sight, asking no flowers should be left as we were out of town but to leave card/number and I would contact to pick up the following day. Got home, and low and behold if they didn’t leave a another arrangement on the bench. The first arrangement lasted two days before I threw it out, the same for the second. The flowers they had used all had seen their last day prior to delivery. The mechanics as to the arrangements leads me to believe who ever is making these arrangements has little to no formal training. The greens used were dried up, some of it appeared like something they had trimmed off an outdoor hedge. The roses were soft and partially open, mums soft, delphinium ends were curled and crispy and the hydrangeas were drooping. So disappointing to think what my kids pay for those so sad excuses of a fresh bouquet only to be taken advantage of by these people. Was not a very happy birthday.

Doesn't even deserved one star but required in order to post. How this place can even be associated with FTD is beyond me. Surely they must have some criteria besides paying dues. Got two deliveries from this place this week, both of which were awful. Both were left outside on a bench next to our front door. The first one we drove back and asked it be replaced. They did so reluctantly. Although I had left a sign, in clear view the next day, asking that NO floral deliveries be left as we were out of town for the day. We got home that night and this place left another bouquet sitting out there. Both bouquets were of extremely poor quality. The flowers had seen there better days, all being soft and droopy. The roses were soft and partially open. The delphinium ends were curled and dry. Pom Pom mums brown and the hydrangeas lacking water. The mechanics of the arrangements were basically all greens, which also has of poor quality. Saddens me to think what my kids paid thinking it would the quality they would expect judged on the price only to be duped by these people who obviously have no conscious. All of which makes me wonder if they actually have any formal training in floral design or just master ripoff artists.

Completely unresponsive when the flowers sent died within two days . Said they would refund and never did and then didn't answer the phone or respond to emails. Scam.

I would give zero stars if I could. Received the most pitiful fresh flower arrangement I've ever seen. Flowers broken and limp and in the wrong size vase. Delivery was a nightmare. There phone doesn't work and they do not return calls. Horrible arrangement. Horrible customer service. Do not waste your money.

Amazing floral artists! I am in New England and my mother is in Naples. I needed to have flowers for her birthday, but mom has been arranging flowers for 50 years and has an unhealthy vase collection so HOW do I get her something special? Ruby ran with it and delivered an amazing bouquet that she could put in one of her many vases. Mom was soooo happy and called me, face timed me and then texted that she has never gotten such amazing flowers before! Thank you for making my mom's special day!
