They made me an appointment over a weekend for a loose bridge. They took me at 8am on Monday as a new patient. They were prompt, complete and courteous.My loose bridge was repaired . Also they took X-rays and a complete exam with suggestions for me going forward.

I definitely would not recommend Aspen Dental on Pine Ridge Road! This was my second attempt to try and have a nice upper denture made paid over $2200. and both attempts have been a disaster. Both dentures were improperly made and each one cracked down the center after just 2 months. Rather than replace either of them they unsuccessfully patched them only to have them recrack. They have inconvenienced me several times and when I have been given appointments you always have to wait or be rescheduled. This is by far the worst location to go to for dental needs. Calling the corporate customer see did not solve anything was told someone would call me about it and it’s been over a week now without a phone call! I give them a negative in the stars rating . I had to mark 1 in order to post this but they definitely did not deserve any!

DO NOT USE ASPEN DENTAL.Extremely rude and incompetent front desk staff. The way they speak to patients is disgraceful and shows a lack of training.They frequently overbook and then turn you away even after you confirm the appointment multiple times via the emails and texts received from aspen Dental.Office staff is so incompetent that one time I arrived for an appointment and no one was there. Six patients waited 20+ minutes and no one showed up. Never received a call or explanation and had to call several times to rebook.Also, once they get paid by insurance they do not refund your overpayments- they keep it and only mention it to you if you have to schedule follow up work.

Everything was great up until my actual surgery. The office manager specifically told me that they shorted me a 15 min dose of IV anesthetic and that she would have them add it on. I paid extra out of pocket for this. I was put under and unexpectedly woke up mid surgery crying in pain. I felt them stick me with noticing twice and attempt to give me gas which didn't work due to my panicked state. I clearly heard Dr. Freeman make a rude comment along the lines of "calm down or we can close up and go home" it was so shocking that I stopped and turned to look at him. I tried to ask why he was being so mean but obviously with tools in my mouth I couldn't. I have never had such a poor experience from a Dr. I will never go back to him for oral surgery ever again. The rest of the staff was great.

It was great, I got the financial help that I needed then I was able to get a cleaning and everyone there was nice friendly very helpful and comforting!
