Jess solved a business call forwarding issue in a matter of a few minutes after I had spent needless hours being transferred overseas twice and once to Texas to no avail. She is an asset to ATT! I would highly recommend her! I am very satisfied!

Zach, Shannon, and Steven helped me multiple days during the week due to my busy work schedule. All of which are super knowledgeable about all products and provided me a good framework to support me and my business endeavors with them. It's one of the few remaining corporate stores in my area and I hope to see it around for some time.

I will only go to the AT&T store in Naples Plaza after visiting others and getting frustrated and nowhere slow.
The team at Naples Plaza is prompt,professional, knowledgeable, their courtesy and excellent customer service keep me coming back and referring to others!

Outstanding service and personal attention. This is the best AT&T store that I have used in my 30 years as an AT&T wireless customer. They spent a considerable amount of time with my business partner and me reviewing and updating our plan. Very patient and willing to explain each option. Really made us feel like valued customers. Also saved us over $400 a month on our 20+ line plan! I highly recommend this store.
