This is the second time I’ve been to this store and the staff (well the people I spoke to) were bad. They were not helpful at all! And this last time the lady told me that AT&T doesn’t use an app that they advertise everywhere. No wonder why this store is always empty. Unfortunately, I had to go to a different store to get the assistance I needed. Maybe they need some better training or let them go all together…

Today i was pissed i went into store to pay my bill for $40 i decided to pay $45 all i had was $50 they dint hve $5 change an they wanted me to walk around the corner to get change i refused cause u mean to tell me its 4pm an u hve no change for for my $50 so i kindly said No thnk You an i walked out i will not be bk to that store ever again they jus lost a customer all because of $5 ysirrrr ill be at another location from now on?

An amazingly bad experience. I arrived at the store and began to sign in when Noe shouted across the store: "There is no one ahead of you. Don't sign in."Apparently, I should have known she was available even though she did not bother to even stand up when I came in. She beckoned me to join her at the table she was at.I told her that I was ready to upgrade my iPhone 11 pro max. I asked her what was available. Her demeanor and body language clearly expressed that she did not want to help. She flippantly says something like: The iphone 13 is available or the recently released 14.At this point the 14 had been out for a year with the 15 about to be released and I thought it strange for her to say the 14 was "newly released." Either way, I asked her what the differences were between the two models and she had no idea. She suggested I go and "look at the phones" at the other end of the store. I replied that phones all look basically the same, I would like to know the difference. Noe responded: "Well the 13 only has two cameras."I reply: "Great start, which two lenses do I get to keep because I rarely use the .5."She, of course, had no idea and made no effort to find out.In an attempt to extract more information I ask about the iPhone 15 release and how that might effect prices. She said the 14 "would be the same price as the 15". Doubtful.With very clear "please go away" vibes she suggested I try another AT&T store down the road or that there are "better deals online."After reading some reviews, I decided to avoid giving AT&T more of my business and decided to purchase the iPHone15 next month directly from Apple. I assume their customer service will be far superior.

AT&T staff was very helpful and thorough. Friendly, polite, and knowledgeable!
