Andrew and Felicia helped me through my new Apple ? Phone process! I bought it at COSTCO and had to work hard to ensure all the representations that were made were delivered. Andrew and Felicia are top notch technically and very willing to go the extra mile for their customers. BEST AT&T in Naples, Fl.‼️

I had a wonderful experience today at this store. I have been plagued for almost a month by two problems related to my internet and cellular reception. One of your customer service reps named Felicia immediately diagnosed and corrected the problem. She also resolved a separate data transfer issue for me that had not been resolve at the Apple Store. She was efficient, courteous and very smart. The other two service reps there were also attentive and helpful. I walked in the store completely frustrated and walked out with a smile on my face. Thank you Felicia and kudos to ATT for having such skilled and knowledgeable employees.

The greatest feeling is know I’m taken care of no matter the situation. After loosing 4K+ contacts from a wet phone. Felicia not only helped activate my new insurance replacement. She restructured my business’s phone account and saved us 112$ monthly. I greatly appreciate your experience Felicia!! Thanks to your team for also multi tasking and helping others while you tackled this wet & wave filled incident. You honestly did help the Noble Team!! Andrew, Pedro & Christian thank you as well. My daughter needed a new phone, we worked with Felicia. She should be promoted to oversee the customer experience for all AT&T store by the way she is knowledgeable and excellent in serving customers. The experience was simple, fast and excellent. It was such a great experience that I went back a few days later to upgrade my phone as well. I highly recommend working with Felicia and her staff.

Walk in @ 7:15 and was told that he didn't have time to help us that the store closes at 8 and there was not one customer in the store but us. Said we could come back tomorrow if we wanted... Are you kidding me? Then he goes back to playing on his computer. It is so said that people have become so lazy that they won't even do there own job, I could understand if there were more customers ahead of us even 1 as far that goes but to send us potential new customers away was truly unexceptable and just plan shocking, Not sure if we won't to be customers of ATT after this

I was told to go home and the update and start up would finish. It did not and when I went back in I was told to keep 2 phones until the problem could be resolved instead of restoring my old phone until ATT and Apple could solve the problem. That's a bad customer service culture

The young man who helped me was incredible. He was the only person in the store and was juggling 4-5 different customers all at once. I went so far as to compliment him on how well he multitasks and stays engaged with multiple customers at once. He was fantastic and a huge credit to the store.

I was visiting Naples with my Mom from St. Pete and we decided to merge her into my ATT plan. Alex Vivas was SO helpful throughout the whole process, even though it took some time and he stayed a little late for us, we were able to transfer the phones and take our new phones home that night! He was polite, and understanding and helped us understand some aspects when we did not know what they meant. I would recommend this location not only for its connivence but especially for Alex! He even helped save us money which was so helpful as I was laid off recently. Thank you x 10000000!!!! -Molly
