Very slow, employee had more interest in having a conversation with another customer. Left before being serviced, store down the street had us in and out in 5 minutes.

Excellent customer service delivered by the two employees at this location. They were especially attentive and friendly to my needs, and as an older customer not up to speed with the latest phones and technology, seemed to go out of their way to be sure I was taken care of. You would not have known it was later in the day and they had dealt with customers all day. I received the same service late in the day that the first customer received that morning. Kudos to them both!

3 mistakes costing hours of my time. Told me how to fix the issues which turned out not to be true. Took no responsibility for errors except the last one. Did not offer an apology. Still did not correct my last issue.

Zoraida was so helpful and nice to us. My wife had lost her phone, and Z stayed with us, helped us locate her phone and then helped both of us upgrade to a new phone. She could not have been nicer or more helpful and more reassuring. She was wonderful!

I arrived early at the AT&T Store in Lely, on Collier Blvd. I waited patiently outside. A female employee, "Z" came to the door. She politely explained that the store would not open for another half hour. However she stood in the doorway very patiently answering my questions. She was cheerful, helpful, polite, and patient. I was thoroughly impressed.

Veronica M was the staff member helping me. She was so drugged up that she was having a hard time staying awake and her eyes kept shutting while she was on the phone trying to resolve my issue (which she was able to resolve). The manager Andres V. was there as well - he obviously knew something was wrong with Veronica. She needs to get some treatment.
