I came in on a Sunday afternoon, an hour before closing. The store manager Josh went out of his way to accommodate the clients there even after the store hours were officially over. He did a great job explaining the upgrade options and pricing available to me. Walked out with a IPhone 15 pro max. Best experience I’ve had at a cellular company. Highly recommend Josh!

North Naples AT&T - Josh was amazing and tremendously knowledgeable about AT&T discounts, programs, coupons, and trade in values. Great person to work with. And very fast! Saved us a lot of money on my iPhone upgrade. Highly recommend this store and Josh.

In dealing with any communication company, it can be frustrating at every turn. However, today was the first time I actually had the most positive and helpful experience since being an AT&T customer. After dealing with a problematic billing and service issue for 9 months (3 multi hour visits to other stores as well as countless hours in the phone) Josh was able to get this taken care of in 15 minutes!He in depth knowledge of how to quickly get to the right AT&T department, as well as his friendly and fun personality, made me realize I have a great service source for any future customer service assistance.THANK YOU JOSH! You are the best!

If you live anywhere in the Naples area, do not go with AT&T, the signal and service is very poor. Spent several months with them and we had multiple issues. Horrible experience. We switched over to T-Mobile and it’s been much better, great service, and we saved money, highly recommend them if you live in this area. I really wish someone would’ve told me before I made the mistake with AT&T for mobile.

I'm totally disgusted with this store. The representative there was so unhelpful. He couldn't talk to ATT directly but yet others there the rep were able to. I had to drive to the Golden Gate store and they immediately got on the phone and helped me out. The same problem occurred when my fiancée got there. They could not help him but there was another person there and they were on the phone with ATt customer service support. Why is that ... hhmmm. If it wasn't for the rep at Golden Gate I would have canceled the account and went somewhere else.

This is always my go to store for all things AT&T. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Most visits there is not a long wait either. I delt with Cam last visit and he was able to handle everything I needed to get done with my new phone.
