As a business owner my time is my priority.Going to the bank I always leave some extra time because I understand some clients can take more time than others including myself. Yesterday I had wire transfer,I needed new debit card and i had to open new credit card. It was a lot on my list and all I can say is staff at this financial center HUSTLE,they are very friendly and professional and made me feel confident that all will be finish in shortest waiting time.I was constantly updated(by manager her self )what’s going on with each service I came for. This made me feel taking care of and I am glad I found a financial center where my time wasn’t wasted.Looking forward to come back !!!

The wait time at this bank is the worst I've ever been to. I've been stuck in the drive thru for 30 minutes. There were only 2 cars ahead of me. They prioritize the inside guests first and will eventually get to the drive thru. I see 3 tellers and only 1 is waiting on someone. I need to find a new bank for my business.

I spoke with Mary about receiving a business bag (Grey zipper bag with BOA written on it) and she told me in order for me to receive one I had to show proof of a business account in order for me to receive the bag… I’m a Platinum Honor rewards member!! I did not need to show anyone any proof of any account just to receive a little grey bag! She was disrespectful by telling me “if you don’t have a business what’s the need for you to get a bag”… I just went to the one on 5th Ave instead and asked for one with no problem or questions asked! The manager and I (at 5th Ave) laughed about the situation at this branch because of how poorly this place is doing! As you can see in the reviews…

Short staff, yet 5 people working and only one cashier. Noone acknowledges you when u walk in. You would think I'm Naples service would be better
