Danilo is the FRIGGIN MAN! Came in with an issue with my online account and was able to help me TWICE throughout the day because the 800 numbers wouldn’t answer for him! He helped me get the issue resolved and despite the situation being incredibly annoying and frustrating he handled it with grace and a smile. Danilo is the man and I will try to find a way for his managers and corporate to know how solid he was to deal with!

I have been coming to this branch since I opened the account, my banker and the one I always look for to assist me is Danilo, I love his attention. BUT I HAVE COME TWO OCCASIONS ALREADY AND A GIRL WHO SPEAKS SPANISH LIKE ME, AT THE ENTRANCE HAS A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, I FEEL SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE DEALING WITH HER AND I WOULD APPRECIATE EVALUATION OF HER ATTITUDE SO THAT I CAN HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE, I HAVE NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE SINCE WHO TAKES CARE OF ME, I'M NOT GOING TO THE BANK TO ASK ANYONE FOR A FAVOR, I'M GOING TO GET A SERVICE. This has undeniably been our most challenging experience in securing a mortgage, and unfortunately, it was with Anthony B Gerschick. Despite our familiarity with the mortgage process from previous home purchases, the level of service we received was far from satisfactory. We meticulously provided all necessary documents to Mr. Gerschick well over a year in advance for a new construction home loan. Throughout the building process, our attempts to communicate were met with minimal response, causing increasing concern.As we approached the completion of our home, we submitted updated documents and made numerous attempts to reach Mr. Gerschick through emails, phone calls and colleagues. Regrettably, he never returned any of our calls or emails, leaving both my wife and me distressed. Faced with this lack of communication, we decided to explore alternative mortgage options with our credit union, adding weeks of sleepless nights and stress as the house neared completion without assurance of approval due to the transition to another banking institution.Had Mr. Gerschick communicated effectively and informed us of potential delays, we could have made the switch earlier. Abandoning customers after pre-qualifying them is unacceptable, especially considering the significance of buying a home in people's lives. With over two decades of experience in real estate, I cannot recommend Anthony B Gerschick for a home mortgage. Despite closing on our home over two weeks ago, our mortgage application remains open, and Mr. Gerschick has not had the courtesy or courage to contact us via phone or email. Save yourself the trouble and headaches by choosing an institution that truly values your business.

The ATM took my money. The bank manager said to me today that when they serviced the atm they don’t know what happened to it. I deposited more than 800. Today is the 1st of the month and I have no money to pay my bills.they couldn’t get me credited until all this clear up. This is a nightmare they just say I am sorry ma’am you need to wait for the claim department. 3 days after no resolution they can take up to 14 days. This is unacceptable I have two kids to feed and is their fault. The bank manager has very little servicing skills or empathy for people’s situation. I was helped by Danilo he was very nice and Andre i gave her a hard time but she was very professional. They should change the bank manager he doesn’t know how to test people.

I needed to wire money to my brother and was not familiar with that process. I was also anxious about the safety due to frequent fraud. I walked into the Naples RiverChase branch on 41 and Immokalee Rd on a Saturday at a busy time and shared the reason for my visit. Luis was at the adjacent counter and immediately said, “I will help you”. He escorted me to the office and performed the wire transfer. He allayed my anxiety through his professional approach and thorough process. I felt listened to and all my questions were answered. He double and triple checked all numbers. I felt confident the wire was completed accurately. Even though I did not have an appointment at that time Luis provide exemplary customer service. I felt very relieved as I exited the bank.I will be changing the bank I currently frequent near my work in Ft. Myers to Riverchase branch.

I am Surprise with lot of negative comments about this branch , i am customer for last 6 month and i have received amazing service and very friendly staff and management , Talk about short staff ... which is problem in whole of maple where you cant find people to work . I am very happy with service at this branch.

Less than 2 months and I'm already considering taking my money elsewhere. Their 2.8 review should be a 0.8 stars.The first check I ever used with this bank they told me they couldn't take the check because they didn't recognize the check. THEY CUT THE CHECK. I ended up having to go to another bank to have it deposited.This time two separate tellers informed me they were too busy to assist me and ask me to stand off to the side. After waiting there for 10 minutes a line of new customers walked in and both tellers started assisting the new customers. I've been waiting there for 10 minutes and asked the woman why have I not been helped and she refused to even look in my general direction.I am taking my business elsewhere and will be banking in another location. The manager of the store is very nice but the remaining employees are extremely inconsistent and incompetent and this is my last straw. Hope this helps anyone who's thinking of banking at this location go anywhere else.

This is my bank since moving to Naples from California and they always take great care of me! All the staff are happy and efficient and I try to stick with my go-to lady Chabely who is very sharp. The lady manager is awesome too! Thank you for taking great care of me!

My personal experience is consistent with the negative reviews. They do not fathom the concept of customer service. With COVID and the coin shortage I asked whether they might wave the need for their existing customers to wrap all coins before deposit it them. They confirmed they have a coin sorter but only allow their business customers to use it. There is nothing about being “ a preferred “ customer with this branch.I certainly understand why so many people are moving their accounts to smaller, friendlier, community banks.
