My last visit here, my friend and I grabbed some magazines and books to look over while we drank tea and hung out in the nicely air conditioned coffee shop. I ended up buying five magazines and Ernest Hemingway's "To Have and Have Not". I am an old-school type who likes to read paperback novels and magazines rather than on-line books. The B&N staff were polite and helpful.

It has been so long since I have shopped here, but I was pleasantly surprised. They of course have books, but they have a great selection of toys and gifts for everyone on your shopping list. And the gifts are of great and popular brands that are not gimmicky gifts. They have two floors. The first floor is main adult. The second floor is children, education, toys and games, gifts, and other selected book categories. I did see they have some type of children reading event every Wednesday. They also have Spanish section. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is that, there were no sales that I had seen and their prices are not competitive enough on their books. They also have a membership base program which you could receive some type or promotion, but you have to pay to be a member. It doesn't seem like a good enough value for me, and I don't recall paying for a membership when I was a rewards member in the past.

It took forever to find the book I was looking for even when I asked for help. In the meantime my husband had to use the restroom and he told me it was the filthy bathroom he has ever encountered in his life, worst than going into a gas station he was shocked! He said he could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks!

For how large it was, I was expecting a more robust display

Online sale prices are not automatically applied in store. Went in to buy a book that was 15% off online and they charged me full price in store. Had to go back in once I realized, return the book, sign a couple receipts, and then re purchase the book just to get my discount lmao. Otherwise nice store.

I was really looking forward to visiting this Barnes & Nobles, driving outta my way to do so. A coffee from Starbucks located inside & a place to sit while I worked on my laptop was the intention for my visit. I order my coffee and then ask the lady where I can plug my laptop in while I work. She replied, "their is one table over by the window with an outlet & it's currently being occupied." ONE OUTLET!! This store is very outdated & not user-friendly. A Starbucks store front has more seating & availability for people looking to get a little work done. I was really hoping to get the best of both worlds, the quietness of a bookstore & the experience of a Starbucks, neither of which I got. Sadly, I do not recommend this store.

Great bookstore for sure. I ran into Anthony Scaramucci there. I spoke with him briefly and he was a really great guy. I always respected him as a human being. I am a very critical and intense Italian American. Anthony was genuine and wished me and my family a Merry Christmas ? ?

I love the place but I would have to say that the place is incredibly hot in the cafe area. I feel bad for the baristas that have to work in that sort of condition. Overall love the baristas that work so hard and the workers in the library area as well.
