Hours: Barnes & Noble is a popular book store that provides a wide range of services to its customers. The store had the only copy of "On The Road" in the whole of Southwest Florida, which was worth the drive for one customer. The staff was very kind and had the customer's purchase ready when they arrived. The previous building was an intimate and cozy space, while the new one is more open and spacious, with plenty of seating to browse. Customers have been enjoying having a coffee in the in-store cafe, although the service can be slow if it's busy. Customers love the helpful staff, who are always willing to provide recommendations and assist in finding new and interesting reads. The Starbucks cafe within the store is also a major plus, offering a great complement to the book-browsing experience. One customer, Chiara, was particularly praised for her excellent customer service, going above and beyond to help the customer find all the books they needed. Overall, customers are very satisfied with the Barnes & Noble experience and look forward to returning.
