Sale was fine , pick up was easy. Only issue I have the battery was a little low , at least put it on a charger before a customer picks up the order.

I was impressed with the seamless service I received. After scheduling an appointment for the next day, I walked in, dropped off my phone, and grabbed a bite to eat. When I returned, my phone was like new! The customer service was top-notch, the price was reasonable, and they got the job done quickly. I'll definitely be back for any future repairs. Great experience overall!

I had gone to Batteries Plus to have a battery charged. The battery was tested with a voltmeter and I was told that “we will not waste the money using our electricity on charging the battery”. When I started asking questions, the
young personnel working at the store told me I had dumb questions. Then he proceeded to tell me he would not sell me a new battery.
I said nothing and left the store. I went and purchased a charger at Home Depot and let the battery charge overnight. I was able to start my vehicle in the morning and again when I got home from work.
Both of the workers at the store were rude and
intolerant of any questions. It was a very bad experience for me and I hope this review may help the manager (absent from the store on my visit) improve the way in which the store personnel speaks and interacts with its customers.

Extremely happy with the whole experience. It made the whole process seamless and the guy who installed it did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a feeling of peace of mind that I wouldn't be out stranded somewhere. Highly recommend

I needed 6 replacement batteries for my golf cart. The price was right, batteries were in stock at the Naples store and the store manager Killian made sure I purchased exactly what I needed to get it right the first time.

Does not stand by their Warranty. Better off buying your batteries and bulbs from another store.

I've been buying Duracells here for over five years. Three car, two deep cycle camper, and one motorcycle battery. Excellent Duracells, excellent service. Sometimes you do get what you pay for. I'm 72, I've bought a LOT of batteries over the years. These have been my best.

The gentleman that helped us his name tag was BC very helpful very polite pep to his step addressed me as I walked into the door when we couldn't find it he made sure to have something that would work unfortunately our customer was particular about what they wanted but he was all about solutions to the problem we had for him an after all was said and done he made sure to help us find what we needed with an address gave us information about the bulb dimensions the watt that was a delightful experience we will be back to buy any an all batteries we need A SHINING EXAMPLE OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD LOOK LIKE !!
