“I can’t even describe my happiness with Lisa and Shelly at this store! They are literally angels. My son and I are here from out of town visiting Dinosaur National Monument. We know almost nothing about cars but after hearing a strange noise while down the remote Echo Park road we figured out we had lost a bolt in one of our calipers! We came into the store late at night close to closing without a clue what part we needed. These ladies helped us figure it out and helped us get the part we needed so we would be able to get home tomorrow. “Our car started lighting up like a Christmas tree, and we realized that we needed to change our alternator. We arrived at 8 pm to get it tested and the Assistant Manager Lio helped us to determine that it was indeed bad. We purchased a new one and he lended us tools so my husband could change it in the parking lot. We knew it was close to closing time, so we tried to get it done quickly, however, it being an older car it was taking longer than we thought. After closing, Lio came out and stayed with us for almost an hour and helped us to get it changed. He was very helpful and kind and we greatly appreciate that he went above and beyond to help us. Being on vacation, this isn't what we planned for, but with his help, it was able to get done!”
