This branch has a wonderful branch leader, Susan Buckley. So pleasant and helpful, she went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating my business banking needs.So refreshing in a world of big banks. Truist merged with 2 banks I had accounts with and she came from one of those banks and maintained the friendly banker appeal I enjoyed with my previous banking contact. Thanks Susan ?

An utterly and severely bad experience today, Friday, with 3 different tellers trying to process my transaction to get $1200 cash out of my account. I was about to purchase a vehicle and needed money quickly before the auto repair shop closed. I needed $1200 as a down payment and had a taxi en route (Lyft) to come and pick me up. The tellers said the computer screen was slow and asked me security questions regarding my account. They asked me what was the last deposit in my account, so I attempted to log into the Truist app, but it froze during the login process. I was unable to give them the exact amount, but I did show them my driver's license and ATM debit Visa card. Because of their slow system I was unable to purchase the vehicle with my down payment. Additionally, later that night I went to purchase food at a convenient store (7-11) and my card was declined!!! Talk about a very extremely bad experience! I couldn't even eat food for my own well-being. What if I was sick and needed medication to stay alive, and couldn't pay for it, all because my card was declined, that would of been disasterous!!!Looks like time to hunt for another Bank since BB&T is now Truist. If you read the reviews on the Truist app in the Google Play store, you will see very low ratings and complaints about the app. BB&T was such a good bank until they merged with the other bank. Now all we experience are technical glitches with their server and computer systems/apps dealing with your money and livelihood. Definitely not good.

Juan did not do a good job with customer service today. I pulled up no line immediately deposited cash with my debit card handy to make it easier. It took over 15 minutes for the teller to make a simple cash deposit. I attempted to hit the call button to find out what was going on and he did not respond at all to two call requests. He never responded and instead finally sent my receipt and forgot my debit card and I had to ask for it. Very poor service today he should have responded politely and explained that the location was understaffed or whatever the problem was and that he would be right with me. It’s unpleasant to wait such a long time for what normally takes a few minutes but it’s more unpleasant to be ignored while he is standing there clearly visible in the window.

Friendly and Helpful Staff. Location is great, but I wish they were open on Saturdays like they used to be.
