Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of purchasing products from BELAMO in Naples, Florida, and I can confidently say that their team—especially Kimberly—has consistently gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Belamo. The furniture is top quality and the manager, Kim, was extremely accommodating. I changed my mind four times and she was more than happy to furnish me with different quotes each time. She really knows her business and definitely closed the deal for me!

My experience with placing an order for an entire lanai delivery is as follows .. Furniture quality is good .. White glove service additional charge of 600 is a joke . They forgot to load some of my order and some they damaged and cushions all stained .. We placed this order almost 6 weeks out everything was supposed to be in stock and we had a specific delivery time scheduled for an event .. Delivery has been a nightmare .. Promises made for items and special orders placed well in advance have not arrived .. Having a Miami based warehouse with only weekly deliveries is not good for Naples customers ! We placed a reorder for a nesting table that was in stock and suppose to be delivered to their showroom on the weekly delivery was not loaded and delivered ! I called the showroom 2 times and a lady answered saying she is too new to deal with this situation that I must call a manager or wait for my sales girl !
The managers are not quick to respond ! We are very frustrated and disappointed in Belamo .. We have lived in Naples a long time and have dealt with many furniture companies this was our worst ever experience.. Still don’t have our lanai complete for our event which was planned out almost 6 weeks ago with them .If you are looking for a smooth delivery and quick responses Belamo is not for you .
Added not we placed a very large and very expensive order and when we added on an additional nesting table we were told that we had to either pick up our nesting table or pay over 100 dollars to have it delivered.. Not good customer service!

Great and unique selection. Quality and style. The staff is super friendly. Kim was very helpful! Definitely worth a visit for those ready to refresh their patio and dining area or start from scratch. We love it!
