Unfortunately I am very unhappy with Bentley. I have purchased a total of four new cars and spent a great deal of money on these cars.
Out of the four cars two have had navigation/radio computer failures.
Both these vehicles were under five years old and had under 20 thousand miles. You think that Bentley would admit that there is a problem with there system !
I paid $9,000.00 to have the computer replaced on the 1st vehicle and now they are asking me for over $12,000.00 to replace the computer on the second vehicle .
Bentley does not care how much money you have invested in there cars. Very unhappy customer !!
This has been one of the worst investments I have made.

James and his crew do an amazing job detailing and with maintenance of 2 client Bentleys. They’re always responsive and willing to get vehicle back and forth to the airport. Thanks!

Gave a 5 star because dealership did everything on their part in resolving my service issues. They kept me informed on what was being done on a daily basis, provided me with a loaner vehicle for the entire time my vehicle was in the shop, and finally after 30 days my vehicle was vehicle was delivered back to me in pristine condition and issues were repaired. My problem was the 30 days the vehicle was out of service due to the need for techs to go back and forth with Bentley in London via text or email or whatever to figure out and resolve the issues with the nav and infotainment systems. Just seemed like a lot of waisted time and effort back and forth with try this and when that didn’t work it was then try this until they find figured it out. I know a $400,000.00 + vehicle has a lot of high tech features but they should also have a quality team of techs to support it and a better way and faster time to communicate .I also received a call from Bentley Motors in Pa.let me know that they were aware of the situation and they were doing their part in expediting the repairs which I greatly appreciated.At the end of the day the vehicle was repaired but the 30 days it took was very disappointing but I do appreciate all the efforts of Bentley of Naples and their service staff for working so hard to get it done and would not hesitate to due business with them in the future

Chris has made my purchase seamless. He responds to my concerns immediately even when he is not working!! James in service is also very professional!! This dealership and their staff are totally 5 star!! They make you feel special not just a number!! I would definitely recommend them to my friends!!!

I walked into Naples Bentley on Friday morning 2/23 to look at a SUV. Jamie Schutt, a market specialist assisted by showing me their inventory. Not necessarily planning to buy at that time, at about 4PM we drove away in a new Bentayga SUV. I decided I was worth it ‼️? Worked all my life and decided to spend some of my kids inheritance. I am sure that they would spend the fruits of my labor‼️? One beautiful automobile!

Great experience at Bentley Naples, took the car in for an intermittent problem and the car was correctly diagnosed and fixed in 3 days, that included waiting on parts to arrive.
Sergio was my advisor, everything went smoothly.

Always first class service. Found that I had a flat tire and was informed the towing company to call and the car was returned with a new tire within five hours.
