Best Moving & Storage did an amazing job. Steve gave us a quote for the move. I thought we had a date for Best Moving to come and load the truck -- my error -- I was supposed to verify the inventory list because of possibly leaving some furniture behind. I FORGOT. I called Steve (who was on vacation) to verify the date and he explained that I had not informed them of any changes. My mistake. He was able to still have the truck come one day later. We are so grateful for the amazing service from the day of contacting Steve to receiving updates from the office. I highly recommend this company to anyone making a move.

This is our second move with Best Moving and it went seamlessly again. We had a huge, complicated move and the workers did everything possible to make it easy for us. We are completely unpacked in two days . Every employee is friendly and bend over backwards to help. I have never had such a positive moving experience and we have moved ten times!

Great company! great staff in the office and in your home! Very careful packing and can deal with many special instructions. Always on time and really easy to work with. Have used many times before, but they just completed an 8 day huge packing and moving job for me and everyone that came to move were professional and efficient. Thanks again

I have nothing but good things to say about Best! I’m a driver for Allied van lines and have to often haul some of their shipments. Tammy in the office is very professional and courteous. If I have any questions about what I’m picking up she is very informative and knowledgeable. Amanda, one of their best employees, was very easy and great to work with. Her packing skills are very exceptional and would recommend if you have some packing to do I would request her for those needs. Fast, efficient, with some solid boxes. All around they are one of the very best in that area. Thank you for a couple easy days.

Our moving experience was fantastic. Great communication from scheduling through the completion of the move. The team they sent over for the move, Eric, Jose, Steve and Kaiah, were so easy to work with, pleasant and accommodating. The entire move went seamlessly and better than we could have hoped.

We just moved from Naples to Tampa and everything was great. We packed ourselves with boxes provided by Best and our crew(s) both loading and unloading were very knowledgeable and efficient; especially the two main guys who were part of both crews. Would recommend them to anyone considering a move.

There were some really great things about my move and some really not so great things. After receiving quotes from several companies, I went with best moving and storage. Somehow it was decided that my garage wasn't in need of packing so I was hit with an additional cost even though this was a price guarantee quote. The packers, as nice as they were, didn’t label my boxes well. The young lady who packed my bathroom labeled the box as bedroom things. With no mention of what bedroom. Things were tossed into the bottom of my wardrobe boxes not wrapped or secure. It was just a mess.The guys who were contracted to move our things into the truck were wonderful and I cannot say enough good things about the driver that was contracted to take our things up to Nashville. They delivered on Easter Sunday even though I told them they could wait until Monday.So the bad: a couple of the packers and the additional cost.A couple of things were not put together upon arrival, but it was Easter so I’ll give them a pass.The good: everyone was friendly, driver was great, and the loaders and unloaders were great to work with.Update, our packing job was so bad we literally can’t find things. It’s so aggravating. I’d rather pack my things myself.

Best was the best- start to finish. The TV packing company left a little to be desired however. Allied driver Ron and his crew at both ends worked hard and were very professional. I'd give them 10 out of 10.?

This company is very well run. They are professional, honest and punctual. From the office manager Susanne to the person who wrote our quote, to the driver to the packing/moving crew I don't think you could find any better. Highly recommend this moving company.
