“I can’t give this store and its employees a high enough rating.
I brought my bike to them, I had been having issues shifting, another name brand store couldn’t figure it out. The mechanics at The Bike Route solved it and charged me a very reasonable price. They explained exactly what they did.
I had a question regarding my Garmin Vector 3 pedals that two other stores had been unable to answer; the mechanic immoderately knew what I was looking for he pulled up 3 options to replace the housing unit.
I am very satisfied with the service, and the quality of work they performed.
This is now my go to bike shop
Previous to coming to The Bike Route, I had taken my bike to a name brand shop in south east Naples, I had 3 subsequent trips back and the issues were not being fixed.I recommend The bike Route over the other bike shop.”

“I have a mountain bike. Another shop in Naples did a front brake tune up and I ended up having to bring it to this shop for them to do another adjustment as well as fix the seat with a shim. Went in on a Saturday morning did not expect it to be done right then and there. To my surprise they were able to accommodate with efficiency, great communication and everything was done within 30 minutes. I highly recommend all my fellow bike riders out there to definitely check this shop out for any bike needs you have. They also do consignment, so if you're looking for a used bike definitely check them out. They have all kinds of supplies and accessories for any bikers needs.
