Louis was a great help!!! Overall made the experience worth it but Diane however, was discriminating and didn’t want to give people their HARD EARNED money for reasons she “couldn’t disclose”, even though she was being told by her managers and supervisors to go ahead with the transaction.

We dealt with the Manager Cathy about how to pay our Canadian BMO MasterCard. She spent a lot of time with us trying to find a solution. She was patient, kind and understanding she made us feel important and took our problems to heart. We’ll be forever grateful.

About 5 years ago we started expanding our Stallion tire management solution product to the USA and also sourcing chemicals and raw materials from US suppliers. The challenges we faced were expensive wire transfers and paying our US vendors in USD funds from Canadian institutions. Vendors paid in USD from Canada had to wait for 30 days for the funds to clear.We were introduced to BMO Harris by our Canadian BMO branch and at first I have to admit we struggled with customer service until we were introduced to the Naples branch of BMO Harris headed by Mr. Dustin Broxson Bank Manager | Vice President. Mr. Broxson and his team were very helpful in creating the best product that suited our USA operations and it also allowed us to receive ACH payments from our customers and ease of payments to our vendors. In the past 3 years the level of service we have received from Mr. Broxson far supersedes our other financial institutions.

I called to this branch because i cant use my card and cant even get my money in my emergency in the midst of hardship. Someone just answer me and said just got to the bank and they will change.i try to use it online , i dont have a license yet. But she dont even try at least look in online whats going on and try to help me . . Im closing this account after i get my money.horrible service . I even try to get in costumer service . i called many times and patiently waiting but after a long wait they just drop it. i called another branch in bonita and they help me , the only reason i cant use because its locked .She unlocked it and i can use it right away .no hussle i dont need to go in the bank . Thanks to bonita spring branch to solve my problem .

Being a Canadian citizen, they made it a seamless process to set up US banking. I was in an out in less than an hour! No monthly fees and only a $25 deposit required to open the account as.

When we got in our room we saw old furniture, it was looking inside like a 1 star hotel room.We also found..bugs. We found maybe 4 little ones although in a shelf there was a disgusting big one. We got really disappointed and called the service, a man came in and checked places with a flashlight for bugs. As they told us to get to a new room we found another big bug on the table running and in the toilet and in the bathtub. It's honestly disgusting, but we got to another room and the furniture was much better and there were no bugs.

I opened a business account in June, a bonus deposit of $200 was ti be deposited after 120 days, it has passed that time period, made various phone calls keep getting the run around, didn't have this problem with Bank of America, or 5/3 Bank they paid their bonus in 30 days, all I have had is problems this bank, I wouldn't recommend to bank to any business customer in SW Florida, I going to tell my customers, business contacts the same thing!
