We went to turn in an old 3G phone because it was to become obsolete. The woman behind the counter was very helpful. She gave us the replacement and set it up for us right away.

My first visit there it was a 5* the woman working there was beyond helpful, but the second visit wasn't as good. The younger lady at first wasn't in the best mood and helpful, but as the visit went on her attitude changed and she was somewhat helpful. If she would've went out of way like first lady would've been a five.

Gloria Calle is a life saver..My boost phone that I bought from walmart quit working right in the middle of my work day. I panicked because I rely on it so much. I went in there and she spent 2 hours to get the problem corrected. Didnt even hesitate to help shes amazing and a huge asset to Boost. Customer service couldnt do it nor could LG . I recommend her to everyone who needs a phone or help with an exsisting boost product
