I usually love this place, Sarah (hope that’s how it’s spelled) always does my whole face, I have PCOS and grow a lot of hair, but she is always very patient and gets all those hairs off, throughout the past 4 years I’ve been coming here I’ve only ever pointed out some stray hairs once. Today my experience went from 5 stars to 2, the lady working today October 20th at 5pm is the worst, I felt very judged with how she handled my face and said it would be $65 with a face full of disgust, she would push my face with her finger and that very long nail that kept digging into my face, or with the thread instead of just asking me to adjust my face, I pointed out a couple spots that still had hair, she went over them, and the hairs are still there, I’m gonna have to go home and pluck the rest out with some tweezers. On top of that one of my eyebrows now has a hole and she charged me $70 (after saying it would be $65) for a service that usually costs $55, every other time I have left a $10 tip, this time it felt like a rip off. I’m from out of town and have to take a 30 minute drive, next time I don’t see my usual lady I’ll give my gas for wasted and drive back home.

I have had my eyebrows threaded for over a decade now and never had this experience. The woman was very nice but I have several small cuts that bled after I left from where she was working. Again, having had years of experience with eyebrow threading, this is a first.

10 minutes of threading non existent hairs on my brows just for it to have zero shape and look exactly how it did before. Not to mention it costs almost $20 you would think they’re good. I would just go somewhere else.

This is the worst place I could have gone in my entire life, today Nov/29/2023 at 12 pm my eyebrows were ruined, the lady had no idea what she was doing nor because I showed her several pictures of how it must have looked, I am too sorry to have fallen into a place like this, I would never again go to Brow Studio 7 or recommend it to my worst enemy

if it were only Jayshree, i would give it 5 stars. it seems like everytime i go to the mall location, she is not there. sadly, I decided I will no longer get my eyebrows threaded here because the person who did them completely thinned them out after I asked for them to only be cleaned up.
