The manager today Kathy, who's happens to speak English and Spanish, did mistreated me when I presented an add discount, little that she knew that I spoke Spanish as well as soon as I was going to the table she mentioned to the person she was having a conversation in Spanish in her own phone that it was not easy to deal with people, it is a shame that after so much effort from Burger King franchise and all the investment they did in the remodel, they hired people like her who don't like hospitality and customer care, and even worse to have them as a leader, It give a bad message to customer and employees, and miss represent the company name.

Great restaurant.Great staff.At about 3:20pm.I ordered the impossible patty.Told cashier prices vary and they charge a good price.Man in back in line starts yelling for me to get out of line.Staff handled it well,they said nothing,I did not either.Told staff rich city means nothing

I went through drive thru, ordered 2 burgers, got to window and asked for shake. He added shake to my bill, charged me 10.25, took my money, when food came out he forgot about my shake and I guess I did too. Later that week I saw on my bank app the 10.25 charge, and that's when I remembered ordering the shake. I went back to the store and asked to speak to the manager. She told me that I would have had to call them back the same night to get my shake, refusing to give it to me. I asked her for her supervisor's name & number, she tore off the bottom of a receipt and said I could find it there. There was only a website there. I tried looking up the supervisor on the site but not only did I not get him or her, I didn't get a phone number that got me to a person I could talk to. First of all, I did my part by saying what I wanted and then paying him money without having seen my food yet, therefore it was solely the employee's responsibility to give me all food and beverage that I paid for. It was totally poor customer service for Burger King not to give me all that I paid for, but for a manager to tell me that it was my responsibility to call in a timely manner to get my shake without at least getting details for watching the video to confirm and offering to call me back is entirely poor customer service and it is totally unbecoming of a manager! This is not to mention the fact that she just tore off the bottom of a receipt, saying here's your number when there was no number there! Burger King can expect a complaint with the Better Business Bureau very soon!

Came here twice in two days for a big lunch order for our team working in Naples. The staff is friendly and efficient. Both times the food was fresh and presented quickly. The order accuracy was spot on even with the double drive thru backed up into the street. The staff seem to work very well as a team and enjoy serving the customer. Great location!

Sub par burger king. Food tasted like dishwashing soap mixed with bleach. All soft drinks were tasteless and flat, but they were nice enough to give me two apple juices in exchange at least, which is what gets them two stars for service.

For a fast food restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here a couple weeks ago.I went through the drive-thru to use a whopper coupon that had come in the mail, and it was quick and easy despite the heavy lunch rush! When I pulled forward, my food was ready and piping hot! I ran inside to get ketchup, and there was a man working the regular in a collared shirt and tie. (My assumption is that he's the manager, yet he was working right alongside everyone else ensuring efficiency, which speaks volumes.)My one complaint would be that I asked for extra pickles and didn't get any. :( But otherwise a positive experience; I'll return!

Not a bad deal today bring your2 for 1 coupons ...you have to admit...charcoal grilled almost always tastes better than fried in the scheme of things. Very clean interior and spacious dining area. I can highly recommend this location. Blessings JMAC ????

They get my order wrong any time I only ask for 3 ingredients on the burger and every single time they mess it up. Competency is not there strong suit here. Also horrible customer service after I let them know it was wrong. Someone named Star got my order wrong and argued with me how she had it correct. horrible service horrible food.
