They never have more than 2 register workers, and it's a good day of they do have 2. We are standing in a full line of about 10 people for over 20 minutes because this store chooses to save money instead of caring about customer service

Oh my goodness the amount of time you spend in line is crazy. The workers don’t care about your time. Rosie and Sadie were both on their time not here for the customer at all

The line can be wrapped around the store 5x... they will only have 2 registers open while the rest if the workers do what idk. Currently in line with 15 others for over 30 mins and they still haven't opened a 3rd register.

Very poor customer service. Just spent 30 minutes to return something. I think the casher was being trained by her cell phone. The cell phone kept saying to me they were sorry. By the way she was tge only casher on when I got there.

Stood in line on a Saturday night before Christmas with only two cashiers. And it took me 30 minutes to get through the line should not be happening on a Saturday night. You need to do better.

Priscilla was very helpful. Some ppl have rabbits of ripping tags and ruining a good store, but she made sure I found what I needed and had management assure the price was accurate even if it took a bit. This store always delivers.

Cashiers were talking and giggling behind the register and not greeting none of the customers. When it was my turn to pay, Karol one of the cashiers was eating and cashiering me at the same time and touching my items. She didn’t even ask for my phone number when I was about to pay and continued to drink her beverage. If you’re going to eat your food go on your break! Tf.

I applied online bcause i saw a sign out in the front that says "Now Hiring",plus on craiglist.that said they were hiring i took the time to apply then they left me a message on my phone saying to put the hr.for interview,i did just that,and they never called me on the time that they had Said they would call for the interview.so i called them direct on the phone and the manager told me the position was taken.i mean why would they have us apply if they are going to change their mind in hiring a great person.!i went shopping and found just 1 person at the register .asked her to speak to a manager she said he was gone and asked her for supervisor she said she was a supervisor.so i asked her why they have a now hiring sign outside if they wasnt going to hire.she didnt know what to tell me.i see no good customer service here.no cashiers, empty registers.going to report to Corporate.right away,something seems off here.plus they have people that dont quite speak english at all.i speak english and spanish and i feel like they discriminated me.

Saved the day for an emergency suit need. Didn't see any coats like I used to. Sorta like a Ross or a Marshall's now.

Rude Employees!!! This employee was in a bad mood. We all get in bad moods but her mood was not even acceptable. I know it was just one employee, but she had to get fired or something or filed a complaint which I am doing now, but that’s very rude of her. Didn’t even apologize for what she did.
