Caliber Collision did an absolutely amazing job on my vehicle after being hit a month prior. They also have a great relationship with Enterprise cars where I was able to have the rental company pick me up and drop me off with ease. My service advisor Mike, went above and beyond making sure the car insurance company didn’t total my car and serviced my vehicle to repair. I couldn’t be more grateful to him and his team. The estimated time for repair was about 3 weeks and it was completed in less than a week! They also went above and beyond to detail my car inside and outside! 10/10 would recommend.

After taking my car here, I began to hear the horror stories and I hoped it wouldn’t be true with my car.
Upon getting my car back, here’s what I found…my back up camera isn’t working. I have new scratches on my car. The bumper is not laid flush. And when I went to drop off for “warranty” repair I was quickly told the scratches were already there and where not done on site. The tech was on lunch break and they asked me to wait for their return for them to look at the issue with the camera. More wasted time on my part. I asked for a rental and was refused. What kind of customer service do you provide? How much more time do I have to waste? Business owner should call me. But I’m sure they won’t since they already have the money from the insurance. Shame on you.

My car was damaged in a rear end collision. I researched reliable highly rated collision centers and Caliber stood out. The work they did was exceptional, communication was frequent and my car was completed early. Would highly recommend. Carlos was great to work with!! Thank you Caliber!!

Carlos, my service advisor, was wonderful—he kept me informed throughout the process and made everything easy and stress-free. If you want to use a collision repair place & be happy with your experience…this is the place to go! Shout out to Catherine & Faith at the front desk, super helpful with my initial booking & aftermath pickup - & shoutout to Jackie my estimator & the one who overlooked my claim. She’s just awesome through & through. She reached out to me frequently to give me any updates & kept me well informed during the whole process. She is top notch for sure!
Although our interaction was short & only during the drop off of my vehicle, I wouldn’t feel right without sending a shout out to Dennis too! He was kind & helpful during the first time I popped in for an estimate.
FIVE STARS TO THIS PLACE! IF YOU UNFORTUNATELY NEED A REPAIR OF SOME SORT- DEFINITELY USE THEM & YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
