Tom personally came to measure and shared his knowledge and recommendations. His installers did a great job. Most importantly we had a water leak at 6pm on the Friday after hurricane Milton. I called Tom and he answered and walked us through how to preserve the carpet. He then sent installers and his recommended cleaner out to replace padding and re-lay the carpet. The new pad was mistakenly a little different from the original and Tom sent the team to replace it. This level of personalized service goes above and beyond. Thank you!”

They still enabled us to be in our home for the holidays, and we worked together to efficiently work through our punch list.
