Wonderful, friendly, small scale community in a fabulous location in Olde Naples. Spacious swimming pool surrounded by lush landscaping adjoining large poolside patio with plenty of privacy. Quiet stroll to both the beach and 5th Avenue.

I find that when dogs are not allowed even for an owner is ridiculous. Who lives here? I think the board is not living in the real world. I guessowners there are older or buy as an investment property to rent. Seems unreasonable to me that no dogs allowed policy and no laundry in units is very outdated. Good luck?
