Went in to get a tag off an item I bought five minutes prior, was told I needed a receipt or they could do nothing for me. The same employee grabbed the item from home knowing I made the purchase. Not to mention how unprofessional it is to watch the employees stand in one spot and play on their phone and shove food in their face. Needs better customer service! Not the first time:/

Never greeted or engaged in the store, two employees were doing shipment on the floor with no regard to guests or impacting people shopping. The third employee never once helped anyone and was AirPods in on her phone leaned over the cash wrap the entire time. I did decide to buy an item only because it was a good price.I go to checkout at the cash wrap with the employee who was on her phone with AirPods in. She was faced towards me and I stood in front of her waiting to checkout for a few minutes with no response. So I go find the other employee and ask if she can ring me out. She got an attitude and rolled her eyes and pointed to the registers. She continued to be rude checking me out and acted as if I inconvenienced her because I actually wanted to buy something. When I asked her if I could have the item in the bag I already had she told me I could wait until she was done. Below is a pic of my receipt for date and time. I would not have either employee continue working for me if that’s the representation for a company.

Never had such a horrible experience with customer service at this place, waited in line for so long my daughter had to call me to take her place because waiting for so long she needed to use the restroom, I wait for so long, no movement then finally another lane opens, lady says I'm open over here to everyone I go over there wait still -forever, finally my turn, she says to me TWICE while throwing items and hangers around like she hates her life... final sale bla bla blah final sale ok???? So I go to pay, under her breath she says to me card only, im like huh? She's like card only I can't give you change and motions a drawer. Oh ok then I say you can keep the change. She says oh oooooohkkkkaaayyyyyy eye rolling, then is like no you don't understand I can't give change,says it two more times. Raising her voice... I ask her you mean your register isn't working you could have said that before calling everyone over and you didn't say your register is broken, you said you can't give change, no reason for her to speak to me like that, she makes me wait another fifteen minutes instead of apologizing to the people in the other line and checking me out there. I was here way before anyone in the line. Never had an issue with customer service like this. One,you should always be clear and understandable and have good communication skills and at the very least be professional. Not everyones fault you hate your job.

The two ladies working here today have shown me why managers should be present. It’s such a sad thing to know a company is paying them to ignore the customers to their face. I asked one if I was at the right register to checkout at and she nodded. I walked up and another lady came close to the register just to get her phone and check her messages as I waited to be attended. The one who said told me which register to go to then got close to the register, too and proceeded to fold clothes again as if she thought the other one would attend me. After a while, I noticed neither of them were interested in attending me so I had to leave. Such a shame that workers get paid to do such a terrible, terrible job.

This employee was very rude and unprofessional. She rolled her eyes when my friend asked her to open the fitting rooms. She walked over to the fitting rooms while obnoxiously slurping her Frappuccino and being distastefully mean and unethical.

Worst experience in the store the sale associate is very rude on the her phone not helpful, worst attitude, and yelled at me while being in the dressing room for having a dress on floor while my Daugther was sitting down the chair holding dress that I did purchase then she went to the back room for 15mins as I was waiting on the counter to pay for my items

Incredibly rude employee... I had picked out a couple shirts for myself and walked towards the registers, where the woman was standing writing in a binder. I stood there for a few seconds and she didn't say anything or glance up, so I politely asked "is this side okay, or should i go to the other?". Still without looking up, she quietly said something I couldn't make out so I asked what? She finally looks at me, gives me the dirtiest look, tells me to "read the sign" in an incredibly condescending tone, rolls her eyes and goes back to her binder. (Mind you that the hand written sign wasn't even facing me- I had to take another step and lean over to see it). I told her nevermind, left the clothes right on the counter, and walked out. I went to a different store and bought stuff, so be aware your employee is losing the store money ..

Had the worst experience today at 3pm, June 29th. My daughter bought shorts last week. We noticed a hole in the back. We walked in to try to find a new size to replace them. No xtra small. So, we go to the desk. A heavy Spanish girl sitting in a step stool ladder sat there on her phone. She finally looked up. Immediately she yelled out, NoReturns! We explained the hole and said no other sizes were available. She said she did not even care! I told her my daughter better get something for a defective product. She finally got her large lazy body off the stool. Came over. Tapped her pen vigorously while looking at the receipt as if we were lying about something. Said something in Spanish. We said we could not understand. She screamed out, for my daughter to show her ID. She did. She grabbed it from her, very inconsiderate. She finally decided to give an in store credit, which is fine. The whole annoying issue is the absolute rude, inconsiderate, mean, bully like attitude from this no good employee. If I owned the business, I would never be desperate enough to keep her. I would work it day and night myself. Being in business, that is just Business 101. I would not consider this person a kind of asset to any type of society. Sorry to know we had such a terrible experience over a pair of shorts that are not that expensive. Maybe if the help was better, the store would make more money. The experience was so frustrating, I left with my blood pressure up. Don’t go there. There are friendlier employees elsewhere.

Don’t waste your time or money here. There’s a larger girl with tattoos, red hair, stuffs her AirPods in her bra, and has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered. She was so frustrated while working the cash register and while prompting us how to use our card. She almost had a stroke because of how angry she was for no reason. She would make comments like “jesus!” “Oh boy” “oh my god” at us in an angry tone while we are just standing there not saying a word confused as too what the issue was. She also refused to put my items in my bag and just handed them to me in an aggressive manner. Then she crumbled up one of the receipts angrily and threw it away. I came back to buy something else I saw on my way out and she became more agitated for no reason maybe because she had to use the register again, & she looked like she was about to cry clearly she does not like her job. Like I am sorry you’re so angry because I’m buying something at the store you work at and I’m sorry you have to work the register silly me sorry for ruining your day lol. No customer should be treated this way while they are spending their hard earned money at a store.

I usually don’t do reviews but I had to. My wife loves to shop in this store because of the great deals that this store has and also the vibe of the employees. I don’t know what’s happening but the new manager at this store has NO!!!! Respect or patience for the customers. My wife has never had a problem in this store on the contrary she used to love coming to this store the people were so nice and helpful and the other manager totally knew how to be respectful to the public!! My wife asked for a a shirt on the mannequin that was her size and the manager said that taking clothes off the mannequin wasn’t her job and that if there wasn’t any in the store then it’s because there isn’t more in stock. Overall won’t be coming back!
