This is now a useless building for most Chase Bank customers, as they have eliminated the tellers!! No cash services... at a BANK. I have no idea what they are thinking. On top of that, there is no indication on the Chase app that this is the case; only by going to the full website can you see that only "limited services" are offered. Finally, no one at main Customer Service had a clue what I was talking about when I called to complain. What B.S.

The bank won't take a cash deposit. What kind of bank doesn't take cash?

Had a check get fraudulently cashed and it has been over 3 months of trying to get the money back from chase. They continuously say the case is being processed and there’s nothing else they can do. They are federally insured, I’ve never had to fight with a bank this hard before over fraud. Every bank I’ve worked with once they’ve verified the fraud they give you your money back and deal with it on their end. Nope not chase, they do not care, they do not do anything. Do not open an account here, there are plenty of banking options that actually look out for their clients. Joke of a bank, joke a branch.

Not useful at all. The reception attendant turned me down very quickly saying that Chase Bank doesn't give Personal Loans nor do car refinance. They are not helping their clients just do what is convenient for them. Thinking about moving to another place.

We received terrible customer service from this branch after their Drive-up ATM crashed while we were depositing almost $20,000 worth of client checks into our business account. We will be moving our money to a diffrent bank as soon as it is feasible.

I’ve been a loyal client with chase for many years. I walked in for a quick notary, I was turned away because the two bankers there could not take a minute to step away and help me. Front desk girl was not helpful at all, I had to ask her to talk to the bankers, when she calls the says “hey you can’t do a notary right?” There is a bit difference in using that verbiage vs “can you please help a client for a minute?”. Very disappointed, I had to drive through the lightening and rain to go to UPS and pay to have the notary done which literally took 5 seconds.Chase, treat your loyal clients with respect and care. This branch is poor in customer service, also very useless with any important information needed.

Having trouble with my application for an Amazon Chase credit card. Lots of uploadings, calls, it never was enough. Finally I went to the Bank, as instructed, to show the documents. They faxed them...guess what, Chase could not read them, as it couldn't the uploads.Lost hours of our time, no credit card, after receiving tons of Chase CC offers on the mail.

What’s the point of a bank if they can’t change bills.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and customer service in this department. My question was previously resolved by calling support. It took 5 minutes of the business consultant's attention to close my question. Tatiana (a consultant for business and working with private clients) refused to accept me, although she had no visitors at the time. Azael (a bank employee) decided to send me to another branch instead of resolving the issue on the spot. As a result, my time was lost, after talking to a bank employee, I felt as if I were a lower-class customer. Terrible attitude to customers and unwillingness to help. Especially disappointed with Tatiana's reaction.

Completely upset with the staff of this bank. My husband and I went to create an account with you. The boy who met us at the door, his name is Sebastian, we explained to him that if he has someone who speaks Spanish to make it easier for us, he goes and talks to someone, comes back and tells us that the woman had said that she could not attend us because We did not speak English and that she had to explain several things to us. I said ok, I speak English, it was just to make me feel more comfortable, the boy goes back to talking to the woman named Merci or something like that, and she then says that she could not attend us because it had to be by appointment, and I tell her that by that they hadn't told us that from the beginning. Anyway, she didn't want to attend us. We are calling customer service to give a more complete complaint. It is complete discrimination on your part.

Backdated account open date - opened in June (records note May) therefore voiding 90 day policy for their promotional deals. Branch not open full day, and never on weekend. Nor will Chase give you customer service in the branch. If you call to speak to the person who opened the account, you are forwarded on to 800 number customer service agent who could not provide appropriate information on the account. No deposits allowed in branch. Other banks (BOfA) will not make online payments / transfers to Chase accounts. Closing account ASAP. I can't wait to see what they say on me not being able to get my money.
