Great bank! The whole team is fantastic! This branch is always busy with customers everytime I go, however, the team is always trying to help in anyway they can. I highly recommend this bank! Remember they’re humans! They are always trying their best to help us!

For big name bank you would think they can keep their hours updated. This location says they are open until 2 on Saturday but when you arrive they are closed all day. Be professional!!! Stop wasting people time!

Hilda has worked with me for a long time, I love her professionalism and how quickly she can solve everything for me. I live in Marco Island but I prefer to travel to Naples for the good service that exists in this branch, excellent.

Worse Chase location in Naples so unfortunate because I live so close but I typically go to the one by the Culver’s also on Tamiami Trl E. I have a business account with Chase and every time I go to this location they never have time to help you. But the manager/bankers are in their offices attending nobody. Or they tell you the teller can’t help you with that you have to see a banker but then I go immediately to the other location and even the teller attends me with the same exact transactions. Their just lazy. Corporate needs to hire new staff immediately. If you don’t like working with people then go work with animals at the Zoo.

Branch never has time for anyone... wanted to talk to a business banker. Made me wait then telling me they couldn’t accommodate my appointment til Monday. Ok... went to a different chase got it done same day. then I just need a notary and am told they are too busy they will call you back. 3 hours later I get a call. At that point I had went to another chase branch gotten it taken care of same day. Part of me hopes they are just really busy, common sense tells me they are just really lazy

Everytime I go in there the employees are talking to each other and are not helpful. They need a new manager and a new staff in there

I open my account in this branch and I had a great customer service experience I notice they are a little short in staff but they seem to be very helpful and professional I will definitely tell my friends and family and my own clientele about this location since it's a very convenient location for our business!!!

Teller was nice but the manager who came up front was very unhelpful when telling me she couldn't cash a $10,000 check made out to me from my ex's account, who is a Chase customer and had the funds to cover it. It was a check to pay down months of back child support, and I was afraid that depositing it into my bank and in the three or more days it takes to clear, my former spouse perhaps wouldn't still have $10,000 in their account!! I was understanding however, and said I would gladly take it in a cashier's check and provided my DL, passport, CCs-several acceptable forms of ID. The friendly teller said "I'm sorry, we can't cash checks over $2500 from non-customers" as the manager retreated to the back, and I replied "Okay I'll be back in 5 minutes with four $2500 checks then", to which the manager barked from afar, "I'm not even going to be able to do THAT for you today!"...I'm sure it had to do with it being 30 minutes until closing because the very next morning I cashed the four checks at the next closest branch and was treated respectfully. This was May so if she has already been fired(a distinct possibility) please disregard this review. The teller was very kind
