I went to cash a check I was in line waiting for the one cashier open to call me while 3 other ladies were talking very comfortably. When I finally get with the guy he told me he couldn’t cash the check because the amount and if I want to cash the check I needed open an account. My husband and I left no happy and the unprofessional guy in the window said loud “ have a nice dayyyyyyyyyy 🎶🎶 including a giggle…… never again ! We love our Regions Bank.

Closest one to my house & the absolute worst chase bank ive been to. Ill make the drive to go to any other one. Randomly closed & atm’s are junk. They fail me every time i need them.

Very good bank. Excellent location and a very professional and pleasant staff. Tom Crampton is a big asset and always offers good service with a smile. Never had a long wait and the ATM inside of the branch allows you to withdraw more money than the ATM's between the doors and the drive thru which limits you to maximum $800 withdrawal. That's a very good feature if you don't want to go to the teller.

I went to open a business account for my company and another personal account and they practically kicked me out, the service was terrible, I felt discriminated against by the people who assisted me, in particular I do not recommend going to that branch because the customer service is terrible, they don't even know the requirements to open an account

There is NO such thing as PRIVate CLIENT!! Don’t believe it for a minute!! Everyone I try and use my card it’s DENIED. Called and visited more times the can count. Pulling ALL of my money out ASAP!!! Pathetic customer service!!!!

Went to cash a check that was drawn from there, was told it was over the non member limit. Such a scam, what the hell's the point of the bank then? Was previously considering opening an account there, but this helped make the decision easy!

I would not come here unless you would like to be denied access to what is yours and discriminated against especially by the cashier named JonathanNote: I do not hold a Chase bank account but that not a problem. They usually take a 10$ fee out as long as the corporation who makes the check out banks with chaseI came in with a corporate check ( who banks with Chase) and a valid ID and was deniedI then tried a different Chase banks and was granted access to my fundsSame check, same ID, same explanation, same exact everythingI can’t think of anything that would make them deny me the funds the first time around other then the cashier who assisted me

was a the bank to get a notary...and notice a advertisement for a CD at a good rate ..and asked about it.the banker told me to go on line to check it out ..The minimum investment twas 100K which told me go away i don't want your money ....these bankers today have no clue on how to treat customers or create customer relations...That why I only USE this bank for convenience
