I went today to get a few things and the gentlemen working behind the counter was extremely rude i normally do not complain im a very generous person but he never spoke to me i literally said hello and not a single word so my first impression was like like wow this company hires rude people i know its a gas station but like if i say hi to you at least say hi back but of course nothing and on top of that the gentlemen literally threw my stuff at me when he rang me out like wow are you serious ? I will be reporting this to corporate im so glad you guys have cameras i will see what they said first before i proceed with my next plan of action.

The cashier was the most disrespectful and rude lady I ever met. At 6:47 pm I filled up my car and by a car wash, I went there and the machine wasn't working, showing me the message "Notify Attendant". I did try but I saw the store so busy that I decide to eat something at next store (IHOP) and come back later. At 7:45 approx, I arrived to the store, did the lane (cashier was joking with a customer who was buying a lot of different cigarettes and they laughed) after 15 minutes at the lane, I explain her that the machined wasn't working, so I need a refund, she ask me if I really wanna do the carwash and I said yes, so she ask me to wait for her at the machine. I jump in the car and wait for another 15 minutes, until I saw her taking care of every customer but not me, even people who just arrived at the store. I said no more, I cant wait for you and I dont want the car wash, just please give me my money back. She was so rude telling me there is all my fault because I went to eat and didnt do anything before, so the time I was waiting was my fault. Finally she said she cant give me my money back because I paid with credit card and is gonna take some days to go back to my account. I ask how many days and she just said "days". Again she offered to fix the machine, only because another customer said that she have to do it and he can wait. Finally she came with me and she couldn't fix it, so she ask me to wait because she need to call the supervisor, so I have to wait again!!!!!! After 10 minutes, I saw trough the window and she wasn't talking to any supervisor, she was attending more customer and let me waiting like a d*** outside with the machine. This was my worst experience ever and I'm pretty sure I'll never come back to that place and I'll make sure none of my friends does

Absolutely distguested by the treatment of the cashier, she was rude and ugly and disrespectful. We filled up our gas tank but it also asked if we wanted a car wash so we paid $10 extra for the car wash and when we pulled around the car wash was not in service so we went in to get a refund, the cashier looked at my fiancé and laughed, said she was petty for wanting her $10 back and that she wasn't going to give it to us, and then when asking her name she refused to give it to us (also wasn't wearing a name tag) so my fiancé gave her an ultimatum to either call the cops or refund her money she basically threw the money at her and wouldn't give a corporate number or her name at all. If that is the type of people you want represetenting your company than good job but you just lost 2 loyal customers! Also after leaving I called back, she answered and I asked for a manager she said “I know nothing†and then hung up on me, then I proceeded to call back several times and she would answer I would hear her say something to another customer and hang up, this happened about 10 times, so that just goes to show she knows she is in the wrong and is doing everything she can to not get in trouble. And then I finally got someone to answer the phone which was someone else so I asked for the woman's name who was working before her and she said “I'm new here but she isn't wearing her name tag so I don't know her name, get over it or call back tomorrow and talk to Julie our managerâ€. They hire real stars here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CROOKS/THIEVES!!!!

This Shell/Circle K location on Pine Ridge Road just west of Interstate 75 in Naples does not deserve your business. I stopped by on Sunday evening, 6/26, to fill up on gas after coming from Alligator Alley on my way back to Tampa from Miami; when I went inside to pre-pay (I no longer trust these pay at the pump card readers) the man working the counter got verbally aggressive such as raising his voice at me in a threatening manner for no reason whatsoever. Needless to say, I went back to my car and left. Does customer service mean either treat people with courtesy and respect or view customers as an interruption? After all, courtesy is not an interruption - instead, it is the future of not only Circle K but any other retail business if it wants to stay in business. Further, does Circle K ever care about its customers? Besides, I treat everyone with the utmost courtesy and respect including the man working the counter at Circle K. Instead, the Circle K associate feels that customers are an interruption. There are other gas stations and convenience stores on Pine Ridge Road and Interstate 75 such as RaceTrac that do value your business, especially if you need gas before you go onto Alligator Alley. But not this Shell/Circle K on Pine Ridge Road in Naples.

The convenience store gets an A+ The gas station gets a C- If the gas station on the corner had an entrance on Pine Ridge or an easier one to get into from Whipperwhil then I'd get my gas there and make a separate stop for the Circle K store. I'm being totally serious about that & it's sorta said bc it'd only take a bit of paint or a decent sized sticker to fix the issue & make this review entirely glowing. I rarely write reviews but when I do I try to cover everything to be fair. If u just want to know why I'm so irritated by the gas station itself then skip to last few paragraphs. The store is huge compared to other convenience stores & actually convenient :) There's a wide array of products types & good amt of variety to select from. Notably the hot drinks section which actually has fresh, good coffee, the soft drink machine that's the longest I've seen & fresh grab-to-go food. There's a good mix of fun stuff & useful impulse items. Most importantly the clerks are really friendly (even when the customers are not), they're also attentive, efficient and make a real effort to make transactions go quickly. The store is really clean & more importantly so is the bathroom! There's also ample parking. I rarely bother to write reviews but will for this store on yelp bc it deserves it. Put simply I'd drive out of my way to go there for gas BECAUSE I want to go in the store. My only gripe is with the gas pumps. There are plentiful, easy to access, the hoses r long & the gas pumps quickly so this should've been a completely positive review BUT I'm seriously upset with the layout of the pumps bc I feel it's deliberately misleading. The order of the pumps is reversed from the norm of low to high (regular to premium) so if ur not paying attention and realistically most of us don't then u put the high priced premium in without realizing it bc on auto-pilot ur gonna reach for the 1st pump. I only noticed that when I started using the Gas Buddy app and reporting prices. I realize I should've been paying more attention at the pump & to my credit car bill but I wasn't & I do feel like Shell was banking on that predictable type of behavior. As I was writing this it occurred to me that it's potentially an actual problem for the people who actually want the premium gases if it's true that their cars require it & the lower quality gas their engine. It's possible I'm completely wrong about there being a standard order for gas pumps but that wouldn't be an issue if you didn't practically need a magnifying glass to figure our which pump was what - note I have perfect vision & still had trouble locating that important info and when I finally did it was pretty small print.
