We had a wonderful experience with Cleveland Bass! They were very responsive initially, followed-up as our move date approached, and we’re priced very reasonably. My husband was so impressed with the men that came to move our furniture; their kindness and efficiency were top tier. We would absolutely recommend this family-owned business to anyone in the area!

We have moved many times. Some long and some local. We have used many different movers. Moving is a pain! We recently moved from Naples to Nebraska. Cleveland Bass handled everything from packing to delivery in our new home in Nebraska. It was a totally different experience. Everything arrived in perfect shape. No pain this time! Remember those Moving companies that lose your stuff and upcharge, overcharge and break dent scratch and steal your belongings?Not this one!This is the only company I’ll use moving forward. We have moved multiple times in the past several years. Cleveland Bass is, hands down, the best moving company we have contracted so far.Daniel, Tim, and Cad showed up and seamlessly orchestrated everything on the day of our move. If one of these gentlemen arrives on your doorstep the morning of your move, you are lucky indeed. If all three show up, you have hit the jackpot! We watched as they expertly dismantled and reassembled several large furniture pieces that are often a moving hurdle. We have yet to see this done before. It helps to ensure employee safety and to mitigate furniture damage (we’ve had plenty). They navigated the day with such a spirit of calm, focus, helpfulness, and confidence, which is really wonderful in what often feels like a chaotic day. We have one more move ahead of us and will surely be calling Tim again for assistance at that time.

This is the second time that I have used Cleveland Bass Movers. To say that I am satisfied is a gross under statement. I feel that I have become part of this family and I will continue to use them always in the future. They are wonderful people. They are honest people. And they do an amazingly spectacular job. These people were awesome from start to finish. Very reasonably priced. On time and move from house to apartment (about 15 miles) took 3 hours. They were very careful with everything but really efficient. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

The team members were extremely efficient when loading my furniture into the van, only took about 10 minutes to complete. They communicated very well , and went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction!

I have nothing but great things to say about Cleveland Bass Moving!My husband and I had previously hired another company to move our belongings to our new home. The other company failed to show up on the day they were scheduled. I called Cleveland Bass Moving the following morning frantic for help because we had to get our belongings out of our residence soon. Cassandra was so helpful! She was kind and empathetic of our situation and immediately said she could get a team to us within an hour to help.As promised, approximately an hour later, a team showed up at our door. John, Justin, Tim, & Cad did an amazing job! They were professional through and through and truly went the extra mile. It was such a pleasant experience and we were so grateful for their help. If we ever need any assistance moving items again, Cleveland Bass will be the first phone call we make!
