HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Saw all the negative reviews on yelp but decided to give it a try anyway since Mercato was a bust… so glad I did! Great experience, nice staff, and huge selection. Got 5 items for ~$60 (a steal!)

Do not bring clothes unless they’re for older women. They do not take items that are fashionable for all, they certainly target their demographic.

Don’t bother! I brought clothing items hardly worn and 3 Coach purses. There was nothing wrong with them either. They were not interested in any of the items! I saw items on racks that weren’t as nice as my things. I will not be shopping here anymore.,

I've been shopping and selling at Clothes Mentor since they opened. I can always find something even if I'm not looking. Great prices. They rotate stock so you can find something different each visit. One of my favorite places to shop.

Love this place, clean organized! does not have that used clothes store smell at all. The staff is outstanding, always helpful. I both sell and buy from them. I feel like they give me a fair price and have found unbelievable deals. Today bought a Tumi Crossbody Bag $16.99, and a mint pair of Manolo Blahnik flats 68.99

The biggest waste of time. I dropped off my items and was told it would take 2 hours. 4 hours later, I still hadn’t heard back. I finally called and they hadn’t even started my buy. When they finally did, they offered me less than $50 for the items they took — all brand new with tags of what they took. Of course, it’s better than nothing, but I pretty much wasted an entire day for less than $50. If the buy isn’t done or it’s going to take longer, they should at least communicate and call the customer so they aren’t waiting around. Definitely not worth the time.

Horrible costumer service. I bought Ecco shoes and when I put them on next day and they were start breaking apart . I called store and lady inform me that I can bring them back for store credit but when I stop at the store with shoes and receipt owner informed me that he will not accept them back because I left store and I could check them before buying I paid for them over $20. He called me layer and his employee never will say that I can bring them back. Horrible experience!!!!!!
