I don't even know if I spoke with the right company after seeing all the other reviews. I was looking to replace my Comcast business line with collier fiber and in the middle of giving my address and seeing if they were available in my area, I was cut off and told that they only serve businesses. Before I could reply I was hung up on. 2 stars because Comcast is the standards for one star and frankly they could have yelled at me for 10 minutes straight ans they'd still be better than Comcast in my book.

Dan came out to our home in the estates where WiFi signal is VERY poor and we could not get internet out in are garage Dan evaluated everything and with confidence said no problem we can get you WiFi In your garage as well as updating what was in are home for a stronger signal, we now have WiFi throughout the property! We are VERY happy with the service as well as Dan was prompt, professional and did a very nice job on the installation! We will definitely use him again if we need anything!

I am a 23 year novice to all things internet and wifi. I called up Collier Fiber to get some advise on home internet services. Dan answered the phone and even though it was clear that I was just some kid asking obvious questions and not a potential customer, he took the time to answer my questions and give solid advice. My husband and I, just moved into the Golden Gate Estate's area. Trying to find reliable internet service was difficult at best until we contacted Collier Fiber. Because we are located in the rual area, Comcast Business was what was recommended. There is a construction process and it does take some time but, we are EXTREMELY pleased. We just got service installed yesterday and it is so very much worth the wait. It is also a bit pricey however, in today's technical age where almost everything relies on access to the internet. Hands down worth the money. Customer service with Collier Fiber, is also GREAT. They're with you from beginning to end.If you are still struggling to find reliable internet service, especially in GG Estates, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Collier Fiber!
