Thank you, thank you, thank you for your outstanding service. My tire was irreparably damaged by a nail (seems to be a major issue here in Naples). I needed to order 2 tires and I was told the tires would be delivered that afternoon. (I was told by the Naples Mazda dealership that they were unable to get the same tires and those that they could get wouldn't arrive until Thursday.) Well, Randy Springfield, the service manager, came through for me as promised. I was checked out by Michael Davis, one of the service advisors. He was friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. And so was the technician, JD Isador. I highly recommend this business. I'm grateful they're only a few miles from my home because with all the construction going on here in Naples, I'm sure I'll return with another nail, hopefully in a place where the tire can be repaired!

I had picked up two nails in two tires on my Ford Fiesta. Got my insurance co. to send tow truck to take car to Walmart. Walmart could not remove the lug nuts. Called Goodyear South, spoke with Service Advisor Matt. Matt assured me that he could get the lug nuts off and order me new tires. Told Matt that I wanted really good tires, not the cheap ones. Matt and the Staff got the lug nuts off, the Ironman R15 tires on, aligned and with a warranty including nail damage. I am completely satisfied with Goodyear South's professional customer service and skills. Will not use any other tire facility moving forward. Thank you to Matt and the entire staff!

Not once but twice within the past 6 months I have picked up a nail in my tire. The first time I pulled in to this establishment I was greeted immediately and felt like I was a special customer even though it was apparent they were extremely busy. They treated me the same this week as my husband also picked up a nail in his tire. It was after 4 and probably close to closing but they never made us feel like they didn’t have the time. they never tried to sell us new tires on either visit which I know when I need them I would go here. Great place
