I went to this bank to cash a check from a company. The check listed Comerica as the bank from which it was issued. Upon arriving I was asked twice if I was certian that I was expecting this check because of fraudulent checks being on the rise. I reiterated the check was expected. I was asked why I didn't use my own bank, which I found inappropriate considering they were the bank listed. The openly told me they were calling the fraud department. The check was not fraudulent and they cashed it, however I was incredibly appalled at how I was being labeled before they figured out the situation. Their entire demeanor changed when they realized the check was legitimate.

It's a bank of the criminals....look it up! They have the MOST fraudulent accounts and WORST customer service. Blew me off when I reported accounts I received a statement for that I never opened....got we'll look into it...What a frkn JOKE. They cashed FEMA checks but bank could cate less. Got NO WHERE. Reported to my local cops and FEMA fraud. DON'T USE THEM

They need really do an audio audit on their employees! I called the customer service for the Comerica Bank Goprogram and she was extremely unprofessional! She did the bare minimum to try and help me when I had questions after she spoke. I asked her a question she insisted that she already answered it when she in fact didn't in her first response and getting my question heard for clarity was like talking to a five year old, she was telling me that we are on the phone too long for her liking after 5 minutes during which some of it was her pulling up my account and up to the 9 mark. She was absolutely rude, and talked over me in a argumentative manner and then actually flipped into this role of victim saying that I must think she was personally to blame for her making a mistake on my account putting more effort into putting words into my mouth rather than listening to help. I was so put off when she did this. At this point she claimed that I was yelling at her and said she answered all my questions all while talking over me as I was trying to ask for her name and a supervisor. After her rant she hung up on me! Had she took the time to be professional and customer service like, she would have allowed me to talk so she could answer my question. I still don't know the answer to my question and it cost money to call customer service!!!!

1. No phn # on back of card 2. goprogram.com would not let me register. 3. I fear it will not be funded when It should be 4. # associated DOES NOT have a LIVE PERSON, RECORDED INFO only 5. what if Comerica Bank errs? 6. ,"Yes there are fees for calling customer service." 7.. Why are there so many fees? I should be happy at least I got my card, the benefits are starting this week and some people have yet to get the card....... Shameful

This is a "RIP-OFF" institution! I received a Way2Go card because I just became unemployed. I DID NOT sign up fo this card but somehow it defaulted to it. When I received it, I made a cash advance at my bank so that I could put it into my account for bills. Comercia Bank charged me a $3.00 for each withdrawal (2 in total) and this now, as insignificant is the amount may seem, deducts from bills that still need to be paid! I am disgusted that an institution would take $$ from the unemployed in this pandemic. SHAME ON YOU!!! My rating for this bank is sub-zero stars but they make you select at least one!! Shame on them!!!!!!
