I’ve been a Costco member for over 30 years, and I actually drive from the East Coast to Naples, Florida, just to get my new tires because the staff here is phenomenal. I trust their professionalism and their commitment to safety.
Dewey has an incredible team. I was especially impressed when buying four new Michelins—with Brandon’s help—and with Lex’s outstanding customer service during my tire installation this morning.

Costco tire center in Naples is the best!! They got me in and out extremely fast with a great deal on four new tires. The staff is professional and excels in customer service.

I had the most pleasant and professional experience at Costco Naples Tire Center.
William resolved my issues in a timely manner. He is very knowledgeable, polite and loves his job. I definitely will come back.
He and his team were fantastic!

Honored the warranty on my tire. I paid a pro rated price for new tire. Replaced old flat tire with brand new tire. Friendly workers. You can't go wrong with Costco.

Had a great experience at the Costco Naples Tire Center facility on 5/30. This like many other Costco Tire locations was extremely busy. I made an appt to get a tire repaired and also for a tire rotation. Front desk was being handled by Andres. I was very impressed with how he handled the numerous members (incl myself) showing outstanding customer/member service showing great professionalism, and patience handling a busy tire center. I have been to numerous different Costco locations for tire service over many years in several states. Andres was the best in this role of anyone I’ve encountered and he really impressed me.I also had the opportunity to speak w Kevin regarding my tires who provided me a very thorough explanation of how my tires were wearing and proper future maintenance that I needed to be more diligent about as well as the lifespan of the tires and potential remaining mileage I might get before having to replace the tires. This was one of the best “teams” of service work I’ve seen over the last 10 years. Although the Naples location is always very busy, I will continue to return to this location for tire maintenance based on this staff and Andres and Kevin! Great job guys !

Costco Tire Center is the pinacle of ture center establishments. It is all made so by the one and only Jackson Pope. He is top of the crop. First and most foremost. He rotates tires like the business of no one. He rotated the tires on my car one time. Then another time. Then one more time. Then once more so they were back where they had began. I had never seen such masterful rotation of tires and wheels. I am blown away by the service. He changes oil like the United States changes regimes in countries that have it (including my country).He made me happy to be at the Costco at Naples. I wish to have his email that I might tell him of my joy at to see him. Please, , if one sees this, apply the message to him that I am in love with his being around. The trip to the Costco is fulfillment of me. Amazon time.Am editing at now; I did stop by today and was asking "hello is the Jackson Pope in the vicinity?" And was hearing; is no, is on fire. I was of the greatest of sadness upon my hearing of such NEWS!!'. Until Jackson Pope is the being once again brought onto the team, will be criticizing the Costo ture center to my is all friends. Will not once again be serviced in my car at this locale. Until the Papacy is returned.

I had a great experience with Costco Tire Center. I ordered tires online and made appointment for installation for the following week. They called me within a few days and asked if I would like to come in sooner. I couldn’t so we kept the same appointment.Got there 30 min before appt and they told me it would be an hour and a half. Came back after shopping in Costco and they were just about done. The store was very busy and the staff handled each person’s needs very nicely. I got my truck back in one and a half hours and drove away. Truck road perfectly on the highway. Very happy with total experience.?

Took an hour and 50 minutes for a simple tire rotation. Employees walking around the shop and outside talking yukking it up while you wait.
