I have been a Costco Executive member for 23 years! In all this time, this is the 1st ever disappointing experience with them. Based on the low Google Star score you would think Costco would clean house at this shop. Truly shocked that Costco allows this to happen.I made an appointment online for 10:30am this past Saturday to have my Ford F350 tires rotated. These tires were purchased at this Costco & installed by them last season. When I arrived at 10:15am there was a line of about 5 people & only 1 person behind the counter & his name was Roly. This guy should not be in front of customers. It's that simple. I don't know if all the techs rotate a day up front but they should skip this guy. Truly not a happy camper & likes to lie.The 1st couple who was talking to him when I got there was trying to replace 1 tire. I'm guessing under warranty, but didn't hear that part. Roly told them they don't make that tire anymore but he can get them a different one. Huh? 3 like tires on a car & 1 different one? That had to be the stupidest recommendation I have ever heard. But, hey, not my problem. Just want my tires rotated.Next couple of people were buying batteries & stuff. Then the guy in front of me is dropping his BMW off for 4 new tires that he purchased there, to be installed. Had an appointment for 10:30. Roly told him it will be "at least" 2.5 hours. When the guy asked why, he said because they are run flats & harder to install. I actually started to laugh as did 2 others who were now on line behind me. Anyone that knows anything about anything knows that was a complete lie.Now it's my turn. He pulls up my reservation and told me I should of told them it was a truck. I told him I filled out the info online of the year/make/model. He said he doesn't get that info? I told him that the tires/truck are under my membership, he said he doesn't get that info. He said that because it's a truck it will be at least 2.5 hours. Huh? Just to rotate. He said they have to balance them also. I said, OK. 2.5 hours? How is that humanly possible. He said that's how long it will take. I said OK, gave him my key and went into Costco for a 2.5 hour hotdog/soda lunch.So, almost 1 hour of the 2.5 was my truck sitting in the parking lot not being worked on. After they brought it in they tell me some of my lug nuts expanded & they are afraid they can't torque them back down. HUH? If I go buy all new lug nuts, they will install them for me and do the service. So, basically 1.5 hours there and got absolutely nothing done & dealt with Roly with a bad attitude who likes to lie.Oh, guess what, the BMW? Still wasn't in the garage at the 1.5 hour point. Guess the tires needed to sit around & soften a bit before being installed? LOL.Costco, you need to fix this shop. Look at the reviews. Secret shop them on a Saturday/Sunday. DO SOMETHING.

Made an appointment for Tyre rotation and balance on previously bought Costco tyres. Appointment was made for 10.30am. Was told to arrive 15 minutes early to avoid delay. Arrived 10.15am.Appointment took 2 and a half hours. For a rotation and balance. Ridiculous!

The center at Costco truly has excellent customer service. As I sit here and listen to all the challenges; there isn’t been one missed step. Everything has been explained nicely , calmly , and with such professionalism. The new manager here truly shocked me when I wasn’t given the right information in the Fort Myers Costco and wonderfully gave me the credit for the road hazard and took the time to explain to me how it should have happened . Thank you so much I. The comfort you provided me and others in honesty and faith and and pride in your job!

I’m not sure how there could be one star ratings here. I came in 15 minutes before closing for a plug. Will and Julio were courteous, professional and very patient with me and my invalid mother. I will be back!

On an out of town emergency 3/13 called at 10am to inquire about tires. Guy was such a j*** to me. “We don’t carry that it’s an unusual size”. Well considering I’ve been getting tired at Costcos for the last decade, guess I’ll take my business elsewhere. Didn’t have to be so rude

Could not get help at the service counter. Just wanted to order tires. Would have taken a couple hours just to order. Can't imagine how long it would have taken to get an appointment and then get them installed. Went somewhere else. Just too much hassle at this Costco.

Not worth the Hassel or damage done to my Audi. The time they took to order them then loose them in the warehouse was weeks and I was running on a spare..

I can't remember the last time I bought a set of tires anywhere so I wasn't sure what to expect. I ordered the tires online from Costco. The price was good. At the same time you make your appointment for installation which was about 2 weeks later. I thought it was odd that the appointment reservation had me key in all the order information again. Obviously the ordering and reservation was completely separate. I received reminders as the date approached and was urged to arrive early. On the day I arrived at Costco early and was stunned to be told my tires were not there. The associate blamed the separate order system that doesn't talk to the appointment system. They said they would go look for the tires that I had ordered. After 20 minutes I was told they "found" the tires. I went to wonder around the store and it took 2 hours to get the tires installed. If that wasn't enough they couldn't find my car keys. Total time at Costco with an appointment was 3 hours. Maybe that's good but I was very frustrated so I am leaving a neutral review. Costco doesn't do alignment so I had to go to another place for that.

This is the worst managed tire centre i have ever experienced. Line up 8 people deep and they take 15 min per person. Ordered tires, they lost them. Called me 1hr later, found them

If I could rate Costco Tire Service Naples Zero I would. After buying four new tires and riding in with a plug in my right front tire for my appointment the tire tech guy calls me after I dropped my car off to let me know he couldn't get my right front rim off to change the tire. At first, I thought it was a joke, so I asked are you serious? He then told me his manager couldn't get the tire off either and as a result I was told they couldn't preform the service. I returned to Costco tire center Naples FL and got my car and refund for the service; I kept the four tires. After loading the tires into my car and proceeded to go home I had my right front tire blow out on interstate 75. I was able to exit my vehicle, jack the car up and change the tire by hand on the side of the road in 15 mins. The lug nuts came off without any problem. If you are in need of a good tire service with good customer service, I would avoid Costco Tire Service in Naples FL as I also witnessed one of the tire tech guys turn down a nice old lady that was the first client in the door for service because she didn't have an appointment. He was very rude and disrespectful to her. At one point before she left, she turned to me in disbelief and expressed to me how displeased she was with how she had been treated.

Ordered tires, they gave me an appointment 12 days later to install them. After loosing 1/2 working day, they told me tires didn't arrived . Even after send me a text night before to remind me the appointment. And when I canceled order, they reported " customer dont want tires" instead saying WE Failed to deliver tires on time

I will like to say thank you to Roly and Luis on the front desk for helping me with a Tire warranty. They really work hard and make sure that my paperwork was done correctly. It was a little longer than expected, but they work really hard and I am very thankful for the help. Keep up the good work.

My high performance tires were purchased at Costco and about two years later, I had a flat tire but was able to get to the store. They told me bad news, the tire couldn’t be repaired and I had to replace the set of two tires. Even worse, they didn’t have the original in stock and didn’t know when it would be available. The guy at the desk said they had a more costly tire and there was going to be an additional charge because they’d have to replace it with a set (2) of more expensive tires and it would be something like “seven-sixty.” I told them to go ahead as I didn’t have any other alternatives. They replaced the tires and I went to pay. The cost was $7.60. They only charged me a slight amount more for the upgraded tires. I told them they had a customer for life.
