Caressa is the GM of the Valley Stream location and I am so thankful for people like her who’s always willing to help accommodate their clients. I made reservations for 3different locations and ended up at hers and a neighboring location due to my needs and even after I had her switch out the unit 2 additional times, She remained helpful and we laughed about it at the end. She is very nice and great at her job! I recommend that she be compensated for her troubles and always making sure she goes above and beyond to assist her customers. Thanks a million Caressa you’re amazing

I had booked a unit online and I wanted to see if it was going to be big enough and Caressa was more than happy to show me the different size units. The inside of the building was spotless as was the unit itself. Great experience good prices would recommend this to anyone.

Recently switch facilities from Midguard who went to all virtual interactions to Cubesmart. I cannot say enough great things about this property, it’s clean, secure and Caressa the property manager is amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! If you care about where you store your belongings go see Caressa, you won’t be sorry!
