Melanie, is great and trust worthy person. I thought I had left my backpack with all of my electronics in it, laptop, and tablet. She called me this morning informing me that she found my backpack out side the storage building. She was so honest to inform me that she has my items and that she would save it til there to pick it up. Melanie is definitely a keeper. She definitely answered my prayers.

I’ve had a unit with CubeSmart for over a year and just got a new one today. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making sure I got the right size within my budget. They walked me through everything step by step and made the whole process easy. Excellent service!

Very disappointed in the unit we rented as it was inside. I changed to a drive up unit but lost the first month free. I was told only 1 per customer on the special. My husband was there and could have rented a different unit in his name instead of mine in order to get the first month free but I did not think of this till I had rented the other unit. The new unit is more expensive. All told we are paying more than we could have if the front desk person sincerely wanted to provide good service. We are thinking about canceling the rental and going to different company.
