Their app sucks. But the store pharmacy people are very helpful and patient. They do their best to get you the discounts and pricing that you need.

I am here from out if state living for the next few months doing specialized health/surgery care ... I had a bad experience at a CVS close by in this area, worse in honesty and dreaded going to another CVS ( which is what my medication insurance is thru)... But \"This CVS \" was a blessing during a stressful time, I was able to have my medications filled and without the usual stigma that happens most everywhere not only at CVS' , I had spoken to the pharmacy about my incident at the other CVS nearby,they were apologetic and said they would do there best to fix the situation. They did.. thank-you * .. the pharmacist filled my electronic prescriptions in a fast efficient and timely manner ( since because of the other one not doing so, I was at that point past due receiving my medications, and I must shout out to_\" Josh at the window \" at my window pickup , he was was pleasant, fast and kind... customer service goes along way in today's judgmental society.. I am here for several months getting care to extend my life, getting health care that will also make my critical \u0026 chronic health better.. and worsening conditions to be better controlled.. I traveled from NC to come for several months hopefully to give myself more time to spend with my family, grandchildren.. it's a shame that pharmacist/ pharmacy's are so quick to judge you based on medications you need.. not taking in account that most critically ill patients may look fine on the outside and be dying or are dying..such as myself..I say all this because after teaching for over 25yrs in the school system of NC .. foster parenting, advocate in the NC Court System ..Who some would call me a upstanding citizen in today's world sadly.. that counts for nothing ..I never thought I'd be 1 of so many and most who are treated so wrong, judged so easily.. and to experience that here after coming here for medical care to have a better chance and quality of life.. well I believe that when you find a place to be recognized, as in my case\" a pharmacy\"..you should let it be known.. taking care of my prescription care with politeness, professionalism and a friendly attitude I need to be detailed .. for it doesn't happen often.. would I recommend going here, most definitely, and I've been inside as well and the customer service was helpful and friendly also..they have earned my 5 stars..plus and I am happy to have found them..thank you... Your staff and pharmacy are Great*****

This has to be the most poorly managed pharmacy!!! Forget about communication with this place!!! I've been trying to call for over a week about a problem with the refilling of a script and end up on hold forever. During my last attempt, after being on hold for over 10 minutes, someone picks up the phone and rambles on about how busy they are and puts me on hold before I can even say anything! They should come up with a new system for picking up scripts if they can't handle their volume. Maybe scheduled pickups by appointments since they can't handle customer service. It's just disgusting.

This pharmacy makes it almost impossible to communicate with. They will not answer the phone, and makes you wait a long time to talk to a pharmacist.

Responsiveness regarding prescriptions is poor. Salespeople lack knowledge. But then this dynamic is true of lots of businesses these days

It's clear using their brains to save time is not there strong suit. I called to give them my insurance info so that the Rx could be ready when I get there. Too lazy to take the info over the phone. So.... Logging in once and wasting time on the phone to tell me they can't do it, me schlepping to physically walk my info in, waiting or coming back to get it filled it is. Grrrrr Also, a A LOT of annoyed patients. Patient flow is what I do for a living and they are horrible.

The pharmacy pays no attention what so ever to customers calling in by telephone. They recently added voice commands but this is not going to help them. They need to be more responsive to incoming calls. Customer service is very very poor. I could not get a human to answer late Saturday afternoon. I called multiple times and could not get a human. I called back on Sunday after 10 am and Waited over 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone and when I asked to speak with the Pharmacy manager or the store manager I was told neither was there. I transferred my Aetna CVS Rx provider because of the lack of customer service in the Pharmacy.
