I’ve picked up my prescription from this pharmacy for almost a year. Only once has it been filled within 24 hours of when they told me it would be. Besides then, every other time I’ve had to wait as long as 5 days after the prescription was sent to this pharmacy inside Target.Waiting for up to an hour on the phone with this CVS pharmacy has become the monthly norm for me.

I went to this location recently and Emily the pharmacy tech gave me my flu shot. It’s was painless and fast! The easiest experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy and the nicest staff too. I will definitely be returning here!!

Tried to transfer a RX here after “processing” for over 15 hrs. This location wouldn’t even answer the phone. Was ringing/on hold for 45 min. Never using CVS again if I can help it

Violated box, i bought and expensive medicine which i need, when i went home there was no medicine in there and when i went to confront the employee and he was rude and disrespectful. what kind of pharmacy is this

this pharmacy needs more qualified employees and better organization. I absolutely dread going there. the prescriptions are never done when they say they will be. after going three times in one week for the same prescription, that they kept telling me wasn't ready yet, they walked around checking everywhere for the prescription like it's an easter egg hunt. you can never get anyone on the phone, and you get told to hold on, but get hung up on all the time

I have been going to this pharmacy for 9 years, and my experience there is getting worse with each year. My recent attempts to pick up my simple prescription from them showed that their pharmacist, who worked there on October 14, 2022 and previous week on Wed and Fri) completely lacks basic communication and customer service skills. I understand that there was a delay with prescriptions due to hurricane Ian, loss of power and internet, but it shouldn’t affect the way she talks to customers. I’ve been going back and forth for five days and not once I had a normal conversation that involved greetings, explanations, apologies and saying good bye.

This pharmacy should be closed. It's a disgrace to the CVS companies. Everything about it is very bad. Today was the icing on the cake for me. I made and appointment for a pneumonia vaccine 2 weeks ago......so I went today for my appointment and after 5 minutes of waiting they said they didn't have the vaccine available. I was in shock. NEVER AGAIN FOR THIS UNFRIENDLY AND SLOPPY COMPANY. I immediately went on my cell and looked up Walgreens and with one hour got my vaccine. DO EVER GO TO CVS ANYWHERE.

These poor ppl that work there. Understaffed. Computers don't work. I really have no idea why CVS even keeps this business in operation in this Target. Better to close it down and consolidate with a more functional CVS.

I called the pharmacy multiple times to find out about my prescription. They never answer the phone. This pharmacy would not be a good choice for those with serious prescription needs or questions.

Probably the worst place to go for a prescription. Like everyone else has stated, be prepared to wait. Totally understaffed. CVS needs to get their act together.

Trying to get a hold the pharmacist is like pulling teeth with the automated thing. It keeps hanging up on my mother and I. But oh my word we got through finally finally we go through Omai God it took us about 20 to 30 times I'm trying to do this

Horrible customer service Held on for over 30 minutes before someone in the pharmacy picked up the phone . Also called at 9 am and was not told until after 3 pm that they didn't have my medication in stock and couldn't get it for 3 days . At that point the dr was closed so I unable to get my medication that I badly needed for 3 days . Use another CVS
