I called the pharmacy shortly after they opened to verbally give a prescription and was told “the pharmacist is too busy” so please leave a voicemail. Two hours later, the patient called the pharmacy and was told no prescription was received. I called the pharmacy back and was again told the pharmacist was too busy. As a healthcare provider for 19 years, I have never been rejected by a pharmacist to call in an antibiotic prescription on the grounds that “we are too busy”. I finally spoke to the pharmacist, who reluctantly took the prescription. The audacity of the pharmacist at this location is amazing, considering that her entire job relies on providers like myself prescribing medications for patients.

Terrible customer service for a pharmacy. The personal is rude and lacks empathy. On October 12 the pharmacy tech ( Maria) and the actual pharmacist provided the worse client- pharmacy communication. The level of triage the important medications is lacking. Very disappointed and will rather go across the street to Walgreens to fill out my prescriptions.

The pharmacy staff member who just assisted me at the drive-through was extremely rude. I even said, 'Hope your day gets better,' because she seemed really unhappy, and she couldn’t even manage a smile in response. Will probably ask to be transferred to another pharmacy.

I don't understand some of these negative reviews. My experience with this store has been awesome. The Pharmacy is a little understaffed but the manger is super caring and helpful. If I could give them more than five stars I would.

Shirlynn was at the register today, Fathers Day at 10:30am - and she is amazing! She was friendly and so helpful. (Also professional & kind)
She was very knowledgeable on how to navigate the CVS app. When I would mention something about the app that was confusing or annoying to me, she took the time (there was no line) to show me on her device, exactly how to bypass the issue. She also showed me how efficiently use the CVS app.to my advantage- to get all my extra care points or rewards. For this, I will definitely use the app and shop here more often

At this point they should fire every person that works at the pharmacy and get ppl that actually enjoys working in costumer care. These ppl are rude, they don’t want to help the clients. Especially the young female pharmacist with the terrible attitude.I don’t know how she is employed in a field where she does not respect elderly customers! It Takes forever to get prescriptions once doctors order it. You call to ask a question and no one ever answers the phone. Just terrible. I have seen in person the phones ringing and ringing and no one picks it up. Pharmacy techs talking to each other and ignoring ppl just terrible worst I ever seen.

Worst CVS ever was waiting for 15 min at the register, no one came!!! There was a line of people someone went to go get other workers in the store, but nobody ever came.

This is a nice store. Maybe I have been lucky? But I go there frequently. Never had a problem in the pharmacy either. There does seem to be a lot of turnover of staff especially in the pharmacy but that hasn't caused me any problems. They also have the option to see a doctor or PA for minor issues. Usually well stocked and you can do your own checkout. I always print out the receipt for a 3 foot long receipt full of coupons. I love those 40 percent off coupons!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. The staff is awful and it changes all the time. They act like it's a chore to wait on you. I have worked in customer service over 50 years and don't understand who trains or hires these type of people. There are many good people out there looking for work but with AI and not a live person reviewing resumes they never get called or receive just a generate email; thank you but we have moved on. If I could use another pharmacy I would move everything immediately but my insurance dictates we must use CVS for all recurring prescriptions. So if you don't have to use CVS, go elsewhere!

The store is fun to shop at because it has a variety of interesting items from hats, clothing. Makeup, jewelry, food items, vitamins, wine, specialty items for holiday events and most importantly lots of sales and coupons given out.
