Worst experience Ive had in my life with a pharmacy. I had to visit multiple times and every single one was a poor experience. They have a poor attitude, they are incompetent, and they don't care to help you at all. Do yourself a favor and choose any other pharmacy in existence. It's imposible to be worse.

Extremely disappointed with the pharmacy personnel. I had to go there 3 days in a row to try to refill my prescription, mainly due to my insurance not covering my doctor’s prescribed order. Most of the employees I dealt with were rude for no reason other than being sick of being there. Mouthing “it’s too early for this” and other variations of the same from 2 different girls. The last straw was Karen who check me out last. She was helping another employee who didn’t know how to do the check out, Karen never addressed me. She never said a word to me while running the transaction until the end when instead of telling me she was ready for me to insert my card, she said “sometime today”. What is the need for being so rude to a complete stranger picking up medication? You have no idea what that person is dealing with and you happen to be in a customer service role that you are getting paid for. These people don’t belong in these jobs. Do you think I want to come back 3 different times, one of which was by the way their fault because they called me and told me my prescription was ready for pick up when it actually wasn’t. I would not recommend this pharmacy. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

By far, the worst pharmacy around. Extremely viciously rude pharmacist for no apparent reason and it's like that all the time. I have been also trying to reach them by phone, however all I get is their voicemail. Extremely unreliable pharmacy.

Got here 11 minutes before closing with a prescription for a pain killer as my partner broke a femur and was in a lot of pain. The pharmacist Matt I believe was his name asked me yelling from a far if I’m picking up or dropping off? I told him I have a prescription for 6 pills he said: we are closing go to Walgreens across the street. I was so mad, but my experience there was so pleasant I realized now that it was a blessing, I or my family will never again shop in cvs as there is a much better store that appreciates their customers

Arrived around 1:20pm to pick up two scripts, one of which I wanted to use goodrx. My turn came up about 7 minutes later. New person came to the counter, but first closed the gate about 20% to let me know that they were closing for lunch. She was very unpleasant (probability because of the impending lunch closing). As soon as I mentioned Goodrx she said that I would have to come back after lunch because I need to go to drop-off counter. I returned around 2:45 pm. Went to drop off counter and processed my goodrx coupon. Woman there was pleasant and very helpful. She told me I should wait about 5 minutes since my script needed a new label (goodrx). I returned at 2:55 pm and was told that only one of two was ready and that they needed 15 more minutes. I then returned at 3:30 and was able to pick up my scripts. In short, a little over 2 hours to pick up my scripts (with a goodrx curveball). I echo many of the other reviews. Most of the people that work there look very unhappy and are not pleasant with customers. There must be so much demand that they don't need to be nice.

Horrible customer service. Manager is the least customer friendly person I have ever met. Every time I am in here there is an unhappy customer complaining about something. Long lines/wait time. Just terrible.

At this point they should fire every person that works at the pharmacy and get ppl that actually enjoys working in costumer care. This ppl are rude, they don’t want to help the clients. Takes for ever to get prescriptions once doctors order it. You call to ask a question and no one ever answers the freaking phone. Just terrible. I have seen in person the phones ringing and ringing and no one picks it up. Pharmacy techs talking to each other and ignoring ppl just terrible worst I ever seen.

CVS 8831 immokolee. Naples,FL horrible pharmacy . They do not answer the phone or return voicemail messages . No accountability and customer service is pathetic ! Find another pharmacy and save yourself complete aggravation !

Pharmacists with very terrible attitude. I asked several times with a kind voice with which I was responded with in antipathy. I’m not one to write reviews, but I was so disgusted by this pharmacist that I decided that it was necessary. The man right next to me had the same problem, he waited as in a non existent line as the pharmacist told him that they would be right with him. They never came… when asked about it, the pharmacist got even worse. It is safe to say that I will never be back…

The absolute worst pharmacy staff! I can twice and both times the previous client and I were both spoken poorly by the rude and curt pharmacy staff.It seems no one lines up where they are supposed to. When I was at the drop off, I was asked to go to the consultation booth and vice-versa. Sadly, this bad behavior seems to come from a specific lady who is rude with just about everyone.

The staff are very rude and lack intelligence and mannerism. They send us a text to register for the express pickup and posted signs next to the counter telling you where to go for the express pickup. We followed the signs only to be met with snappy remarks and a lot of attitude that we should stand in the pickup line and claimed that they did not post the sign.The lack of customer service combined with ignorance and attitude should not be the place where customers go to pick up their meds.
