The pharmacy staff is the worst. Please let all these people go they obviously hate their jobs. Not one person greets you, smiles at you, asks how you are doing, says have a good day. NOTHING. They don’t confirm any script name/details when you pick them up. I pulled up the app and had the drive thru code, The tech said that’s for inside the store and laughed. It literally says to do this when you pull up in the drive thru. Pretty sure it wouldn’t say to do this if you had to come inside. please stop employing people who hate their jobs. It’s the same people every time. Same old lady. Same pharmacist guy. This place has had so many complaints it needs to be shut down

This is a problem I have mentioned to the management at this store on Davis Boulevard and Santa Barbara in Naples Michigan. ** Nowhere on the outside of the store are the hours posted.*
** At the drive up pharmacy window, there is no posting of the time that the pharmacy takes their lunch hour.
So, people come here and when pharmacy is closed, there’s no indication of when they’re open. (Except an TV rolling Tv screen inside by pharmacy)
And we are too old to remember when the pharmacy is closed.
PLEASE REMEDY THIS PROBLEM. THANK YOu

Pharmacy is an absolute joke. Showed up at 1:27 p.m. at the drive-thru to get my prescriptions. The older white woman at the window brought me my 2 rxs and told me my price. I then told her that I have a goodrx card and she told me that in order to get my prescriptions, I had to come inside for some reason. Then she proceeded to tell me that they're closing for lunch and I need to come back after 2:00. Even though I was already there, she physically had my RX in her hand, had me rung up already, they were not closed yet, AND I called beforehand and was told they could use my goodrx no problem, and that it was actually already applied to my RX. She literally turned me away! The same older woman gives me a hard time every single time I go there. I'm transferring all of my prescriptions to a different Pharmacy

Worst worst worst place why they do not shut it down i do it knw if your depends on medication there you Will probably die i understand it's supposed to be a convenient store for differnt things example A customer service sucks if you dnt like helping other customer service is not for you if you dnt like rental in any way this job not for u I went to the pharmacy not to long ago I waited for 35min for meds just to tell me it's not ready when my doctor put the script in 4 days b4 lol it's a shame so many older people go here and for this I knw they suffer because you want get your meds nor Will they call you to tell your meds are ready it's not fair at all to be in America and to be played with your medication especially when you have insurance you pay for

The most awful pharmacy customer service anywhere- no exaggeration! Not once, twice or even 3 times- consistently over and over. You wonder why I kept going back it’s because I’m not a Karen and I have been gracious and kind over and over chalking it up to a bad day here or there, but it is obviously an issue (look at other reviews and on Yelp!). Personally, Maria is the rudest her team should been embarrassed to overhear her talking to customers the way she does. I’ve been texted by CVS Davis pharmacy to come pick up my prescriptions because they were ready and when I go, IT IS NOT READY on more than one occasion and it happened to my husband too!!! When you’re sick it sucks. I’ve had doctors call them directly to get an order in and CVS Davis Blvd doesn’t even bother listening to their voicemails regularly and if they do they just don’t care in the slightest for patients that are hurting, in pain, or sick. Zero compassion or kindness. Not once have we heard “we’re so sorry” or we apologize- let me see if I can fix this real quick” every single time it’s been too bad so sad come back in an hour. The staff is just rude, shoulder shrugging, eye rolls- it is that bad. No accountability. I will now be changing pharmacies- but I’m sure they don’t care. This post is more for BUYER BEWARE than anything. If I can divert one person from having to experience this abuse, it was completely worth my effort here. Zero stars is more accurate.

Terrible customer service.
The guy who is working the cash register at this time is an arrogant and rude guy.
They should train them before giving them the position they have. If someone disrespects them I agree with his attitude but I was kind and he apparently is not having a good day.
I guess if they don't like their job they should just quit but make faces and go around the world spreading their arrogance, I was so upset with his attitude that I didn't see his name and I didn't want to go back so he wouldn't ruin my afternoon with his horrible attitude.

Customer service is terrible same day delivery orders are returned because the drivers have zero skills or patience. Do not recommend store at all and that's only a little of the bad service there.

Pharmacy employees are unprofessional and extremely rude. Had to go to Publix pharmacy instead, their service is excellent service. And unfortunately, it's a known problem with this CVS location.

Nando was wonderful working the register. While giving us his undivided attention, he never missed one new customer entering the store with a hearty "Good morning and welcome to CVS".Now that's a great reason for me to go back to this CVS!You should be lucky to have an employee like Nando!
