CVS is awful. The pharmacies in both Wisconsin (Sturgeon Bay) and Florida (Naples) are terrible. I needed an antibiotic and was not told they did not have I I in stock. I wasted two days with these pharmacies and all I got was a worse fever.
I will never go to a CVS again. Just horrible.

Excellent service, the pharmacy staff is great; everyone is very friendly. They treated me wonderfully. I got my vaccination and everything was perfect.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a CVS. The staff at this location clearly need training in basic courtesy and respect. I was met with frowns and a negative tone from the moment I approached the counter. To make matters worse, I was inexplicably sent to the back of the line, causing significant embarrassment in front of other customers. Avoid this location if you value being treated with any semblance of decency.

Lianett was working easter morning and i had bills that needed to be paid… i showed up and no one was present in the store. I had stood up front yelling for a cashier for 10 minutes before I walk to the back of the store yelling for an employee so I could get some assistance…. After 10 minutes of no one coming out!!! The back door alarm goes off and lianett comes out looking pissed off! After getting to the counter to load the atm card. She refused to help me unless i find the bar code on the app (chime, look for it. Its hard to find)
After leaving and finding the bar code i return not even 2mins later. She again looks mad she had to do her job and takes every chance to take a jab at me… poor job cvs… i see why your stocks are failing!!

Absolutely Horrible Experience
I had one of the worst customer service experiences at the CVS on Golden Gate. I came in to pick up printed papers that I was told would be ready by 8:00 AM. I arrived at 8:30, only to find they hadn’t even started them. The front desk receptionist was incredibly rude and had a terrible attitude from the moment I walked in.
Instead of addressing the issue or offering any kind of help, she sat there doing nothing while I stood waiting. After nearly 20 minutes—making me late for an important meeting—she finally realized the machine wasn’t even working. I completely understand that machines break down and things happen, but the lack of professionalism, disrespect, and total disregard for customer service is what made this experience unacceptable.
Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location, and I don’t recommend it to anyone who values their time or expects even basic courtesy.

Bad experience with this specific pharmacy the employees show little empathy in serving customers I belonged to this pharmacy and I left for the same reason you look for a medicine 3 or 4 times and it is not ready currently the same deficiency continues with people I know and they complain about it That's why many of us prefer Walgreen

My son has had a pneumonia since last weekend. When I went to pick up his scripts after the hospital I was told the Albuterol wouldn’t be available until Tuesday they were out and had to order it. They told me they would call me when it was ready, NEVER did! I called Tuesday, no answer left a message no call back. Called twice on Thursday and left detailed voicemails, I went on Thursday it wasn’t ready, they told me they never got it in, they never called me never called the doctor to try to get something else knowing my son needed this. The rude pharmacist told me NEVER apologized, but she said they would be ready in an hour. It was close to the end of their day so I had planned to go back the next day, but I had to work and meet a restoration company due to us having mold. So I went back today (Saturday) and the guy at the window that is always rude, it takes him 5 times to understand the name and DOB (I speak only English) told me I already picked it up I said no I didn’t why would I come here to pick it up if I already did we went thru this on Thursday! The albuterol nor the other script were ready as promised. The guy was LAUGHING! The pharmacist was making up excuses as to why she didn’t follow thru with what she promised, still NEVER apologized, she said she called me on a phone number that she said the guy laughing had confirmed I said no he definitely didn’t because I’ve had another number for 2 years so that’s another lie and I have updated that phone number already when I changed my number, but of coarse they said they updated it and didn’t!. I told her I’ve been sitting here for scripts that were supposed to be ready a week ago and this is the second time that I have come to pick them up and I’m still left here waiting! She said you’ve only waiting 30 seconds (try 10 minutes without anyone coming to apologize that they weren’t ready they just left me at the window without any communication! I had to sit there with my hand on the horn for them to acknowledge we had been still sitting there! Someone needs to get that woman a watch!) and I was told I needed to calm down! Meanwhile the rude guy that doesn’t understand how to do his job is still laughing at me thinking it’s a joke! I called the complaint phone number 2x’s and have put in complaints about the both of them , I’m told their district manager will be handling it. Let’s hope you get some people that can actually do their job! Worst place to get your scripts! Good thing I have the corporate office on the phone so they heard everything both times, they were completely embarrassed that this place is treating people like this. Both times I called to put in the complaint they tried to call this pharmacy multiple times while I was sitting there and not one time did they answer the phone! They don’t answer they don’t call anyone back! How do you allow your business to be run like this! Maybe they would be better cleaning toilets because they sure don’t need to be working in a pharmacy being in charge of people’s medication!

The communication service to the fatal pharmacy does not connect the calls and you go there. And he tells you that it works, it's a lie. I've been there since 10am because my doctor sent a prescription.
and I can't talk to anyone what bad service. Today I came to pick up my medications on June 17, which I ordered 3 weeks ago and still nothing. Bad service is because of the bad drivetru here that votes management and employees, no one is helpful or professional.

I understand that pharmacies are running understaffed and that the entirety of SWFL is affected by this shortage, but DANG! Avoid this CVS at all costs.
On a good week, they take days to refill your prescription. Does not matter if it’s expedited, your doctor calls on your behalf, or if you NEED the medication to keep your seizures from happening. You’re SOL like the rest of the poor customers at this particular location.

Worst pharmacy, super slow. They have the most workers I've ever seen at a pharmacy and yet you can expect to wait 30 plus minutes every time. Even the drive thru is slow. Switched all my prescriptions elsewhere.

Ruth at the front desk is very impatient and rude. I gave her an extra rewards and she scanned it and said it won’t work. Instead of actually manually doing it or calling and manager like I asked for. It was good for another month. She also rolled her eyes and had an attitude.
