Quick and easy with helpful employees. Everything you need is at your fingertips. The pharmacy section does its best to process the clients as quickly as possible. The coupons and sells are great. They're even better when you sign up for CVS membership. Their app is super helpful and intuitive. Makes your pharmacy needs a breeze!

Ordered photos to be printed. Called ahead to be sure they’d be done in time. Arrived and was told the machine must’ve malfunctioned, but no one bothered to check despite my phone call ahead of time to prevent this exact scenario from happening. The woman working was nowhere to be found when I walked in, had to yell down the aisles to even find someone. When she finally did come to help me and got a manager, she was having a sidebar with him right in front of me about how her shift is technically over. Finally decided to leave after almost 30 minutes, and asked the manager to call me when the photos were ready as obviously their automated system has been proven unreliable. Was told I would get an email, and practically had to demand a phone call.Normally all of this would be excusable if they were busy; however the only other customer I saw in the store was ringing himself up at the self-checkout.

Very helpful. They transferred a prescription over the phone without any problem. The CVS locations closer to me don’t even answer the phone.

There has been plenty of times where I had to drive 44 minutes to the er in Ft myers for a dose of my sons seizure medication. Last week I called and was told they were out of stock and I asked if she could check another store. I was told they don’t have any at any other stores she did not check cause she answered too quickly. The nurse at the er told me that it is impossible to not have any at all stores and told me to call back and tell them he can’t miss his medicine doses. I called the next day and the other pharmacy in fact did have the medicine. If I did not have a ride to the er in ft myers my son would have had seizures all night. Who ever answerd the phone on Friday at 3:05 did not truly care about her customer and I think to be a pharmacist that is important.

Showed up 5 min early for Covid-19 PCR test, because of queue gave sample 20 min later, learned next day that test was automatically cancelled because “late,” & therefore discarded, staff should have overridden—cost me considerable anguish & $200 for 15-minute test 12 miles away.

I just went through the pharmacy drive through and spoke to a very rude man (I believe he was the pharmacist but I'm not 100% sure). He was an older white man with a deeper voice. I know CVS doesn't accept most florida blue plans but mine is one of the few that they do accept. The man at the window was rude right from the start saying that they don't accept my insurance and refusing to even listen to what I was trying to say. I tried to explain to him that there had been that confusion in the past with my plan but that I know for a fact that it is accepted at CVS. I asked if he would just try to run it and he refused angrily instead of just simply trying or giving it the benefit of the doubt. I left, called my insurance, confirmed for a 3rd time that it is accepted at this CVS location. I called back and spoke to a very nice gentlemen who actually knew what he was talking about. He said right from the start that they take my specific plan when I read the number to him. I feel bad for being upset on the phone because he was very nice. This is the second encounter with that rude person at this location. This same thing happened a while back but so much time had passed I thought I would try again. CVS needs to find better employees if they want to keep their customers. At least one that have enough common sense to just try to run card before they refuse business. They need to get rid of the one that was in the window and get more employees like the person I spoke to on the phone.

Huge shout out to the CVS Pharmacist today at the Shadowlawn/41 location in Naples, FL. My puppy got stung and per vets direction I needed liquid Benedryl, 8 mg. I ran out to get the meds while leaving my phone at home. The pharmacist was very busy with orders and people getting flu shots and vaccinations yet he made time for me. He did the conversion from ml to mg and he could not have been nicer!! I’m VERY impressed and will continue being a CVS happy customer!! (Puppy is fine too??)

***Update*** They are still playing around with my prescriptions. This time, they are blaming my insurance company. My doctor prescribed 1 month of medication due to various reasons; one of which, I'm having major surgery and had to reschedule my appointment with her. The hospital does not have one of the meds that I'm almost out of so I need to bring it with me. I have a copay card from the manufacturer yet, they are trying to make me pay over $450 for that script. The other two, they're trying to drastically over charge me also. GoodRx.com shows those two medications at 1/4 what CVS is trying to charge. Due to the ineptitude, incapable, and ignorant staff, it's time for a formal complaint and plea to my employer NOT to have a contract with CVS on our insurance next year. CVS is compromising people's health by refusing to fill medications. Pharmacist Tina is the one who keeps this ship afloat. Unfortunately, she can't be everywhere, all the time. The others, including pharmacy techs change the instructions my doctor writes so I get less than what's prescribed. If they would just do their job, follow the instructions on the script, and stop dictating when I can have the next refill, there wouldn't be so many problems. I'm talking about regular scripts that aren't controlled substances, such as allergy nasal sprays. Next, they go ahead and fill regular scripts but make you call on the controlled substances. Clearly they can see I take this on a regular basis right asking with my arthritis medication so why are you holding my meds? Do you think you're doing me a favor? Next problem are the ANTS. There are ANTS everywhere in that store. I can't use the drive through anymore since they have the 2nd lane blocked and people are taking forever doing their Covid tests. I've checked the reviews at area CVS's and they have worse reviews. Due to my insurance, I'm stuck with CVS. My advice: follow the doctors instructions, quit holding my scripts from me, and get rid of the ants.

I go to this CVS every month and yesterday was the busiest day by far. I was confused for a moment because about 50 people were waiting in lines but I realized it was people getting tested and/or vaccinated for Covid. The pharmacy was handling this very politely and efficiently. Thank you to all who work there for working so hard to get us back to regular life. Never so happy while waiting in line.
