I've been going through menopause for a few years now, I tell you it's rough! I went to CVS on Vanderbilt and was help by a wonderful pharmacist. She gave me some ideas on what to try. I found a miracle! It's called ESTROVEN!!!. For the first time in years, I was able to get a restful night's sleep. No more breaking out in hot and cold sweats every hour. It's a gift from God for the New Year! Thank you all to the creators of this amazing little pill. It is the perfect size for me to swallow, a drug free product that packs a punch 👊 for menopause. Aweful experience read the other reviews. Showed up with an appointment. Met the nurse practicioner Susan she was incompetent and highly abrasive to patients without an appointment felt bad for the lady waiting in the lobby watched Susan give her the third degree for not having an appointment. Then she refused to check my insurance on Aetnas website. Go elsewhere!!!!!

The WORST CVS I have been in ever! Absolutely no help in store are…forget getting passport pics! Had to wait for 20 min for the person to ring up customer after customer before she even glanced my way despite knowing I was waiting per another employee. Disorganized, unhelpful, rude when you stand up for yourself. I’ll be going to Walgreens from now on

After seeing all these horrible reviews I am glad to know it's not just me. What a TERRIBLE pharmacy. I was sent here due to my regular pharmacy being out of the medicine. Rude, refusal to return calls, dishonest. I know the big corporations dont care but avoid this one

The team member at my local CVS was amazing. He insisted on helping me at the self check-out since there was a line at the counter. He enabled me to use the coupons I had in the system. And he was just a great guy who makes me want to shop more at CVS.

I have been shopping at the Vanderbilt/ Airport RD location for several years. The store is clean, well stocked, and all the employees are efficient, helpful, and friendly. I love the great deals CVS offers!
